Our dog is a very anxious German Shepherd that barks and can be scary with strangers. Sam came to meet her twice before taking her on walks while we were away. Sam has a calm and competent demeanor which put our dog at ease. They were very responsive with communication and put us at ease while we were away. Would definitely request them again for future travels.
