Susan did a great job of taking care of our two cats. Gave treats and playtime with indoor cat and lots of pictures. She even moved the outside cat's water dish into the shade when hot weather hit. Food/water area was clean when we came home which was very much appreciated. This was our first time using Susan but won't be our last.

Kendra did a great job feeding and checkimg on my dog and cats while I was gone. She sent me pictures of my old dog every day. I'm told the cats started warming up to her, which they never do to others.
