Cat Sitting in San Leandro

Sarah and her team did a fantastic job with Chippy, our new indoor cat. Sarah came to our home for a meet and greet, which we found very productive, as this was both our first time boarding with Sarah and boarding a cat (not to mention we are first time cat owners). There were definitely some things we hadn't been considering, and Sarah made excellent recommendations that prepared us and Chippy for a positive boarding experience. Sarah kept us updated on how Chippy was doing periodically during her stay. Everything went well. We look forward to boarding with Sarah again.

We needed a sitter at the last minute and Vanessa came in a saved the day. She followed our instructions to the letter and she sent photos of our little guy, which put our minds at ease. Vanessa is a caring, pet lover whom we've trust completely. Her customer service is top notch and she's a pleasure to interact with. We'll continue to use and recommend her to others as long as she's associated with Rover.😺

At the meet and greet Tina gently introduced herself to Chilli, listened closely as we toured our home, took notes asked questions. She followed the written instructions we left for her and confirmed additional instructions we texted after we left for our trip. She texted us pictures of Chilli with updates. She also went beyond her responsibilities and checked for ants that had invaded our home before we left for our trip. She exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely schedule her again soon!

Whitney was an amazing sitter for our cat! We got lots of pictures and updates. She was very flexible and responsive and kind, even though we have a pretty bossy cat. We went on a trip where we had periods of time without signal and we weren’t worried at all. Highly recommend, your pet will be in good hands! :)
