As I recovered from ankle surgery, I needed Jason to come by twice a day, early morning and late afternoon to walk my dog, then feed him and my outdoor cat. He was able to follow all my directions, was very punctual, never missed a day for over six weeks. Jason was very communicative, caring, and trustworthy.

Marlene has a special way with dogs. She has taken my pups to appointments for us. When I took my pups to their follow up appointments, the staff (without me asking about Marlene) sang her praises! They said she cared for our dogs like she was their aunty 🥹 they all thought she was a family friend bc of how much she care for them. We are so lucky to have found Marlene! Thank you!

Kacie was great with our dog Reeses! We booked her for walks during a long weekend getaway. Kacie was quick to reply and very responsive. She stayed true to the schedule we requested. And our dog loved her! Lots of happy smiles on the walks and during doggie breakfast and dinner. Thanks, Kacie!

Alisha is awesome! Our cat, Milo, loved her from day one which hasn't always been the case with other sitters! She was very responsive and sent us lots of photos of our kitty when we were gone. We are gonna book her for all our future trips if she's available!

Sarah was very communicative and sent messages and photos everyday. One of my cats hid under the bed most days and the other accepted pets. However, both cats were much calmer after a week of being gone than they have in the past after one or two day trips with no sitter. It gave me a lot of peace to know they were being checked on.

Vanessa did a great job checking in on my cat Snorri - it was a very positive experience. She is very reliable, professional and a great communicator and my cat Snorri really enjoyed her company. I felt at ease during my time away and her detailed post visit reports and pictures gave me a piece of mind knowing my cat is well taken care of. This was my first time using Rover and I was a nervous wreck, but Zenzele was so reassuring and comforting. She provided so many updates and took great care of my baby. I’ll definitely be looking forward to booking her anytime have a trip.
