It was my first time using River and I am very happy I did. I found Alejandro and I am so happy I chose him to take care of my cat. Alejandro was so communicative and assured me my cat was in good hands. Not only did Alejandro feed and spend time with my cat, he went above and beyond and offered to clean his litter box which I did not know was an option. If you need someone to make sure your cat is loved while you are out of town go with Alejandro ASAP.

Chris did a great job and both our cats were relaxed and happy when we got home. We'll definitely call Chris again when we need someone to look after them.

We couldn't be happier with Lifan! she took fantastic care of our two cats, Pepper and Kobe, while we were away for a couple weeks. We got daily updates with adorable photos of the pets. Everything was spotless when we returned, and the cats were happy. She took care of Kobe's and his medication needs which was really helpful as well. She also made our shy cat Pepper warm up to her which is really rare. Highly recommend—we'll definitely be booking with her again and couldn't be happier with how she took care of the kitties!

Mike was very professional and kind, and he was a great caretaker for my cat! He sent reports on the check-ins and daily photos, which both put me at ease as someone who hasn't used an outside caregiver before. Paul is an outstanding choice for taking care of your pet's needs while you are away. I felt at ease instantly knowing that Bingo would be cared for in a caring way. We had never used professional pet care for our two cats before and planned a 2+ week vacation over two holidays, so it felt like we were going 0 to 100 with no idea what to expect. Felicia was such a superb person to find, and we'll never book anyone else. She kept up updated with daily photos and videos and summaries I received via text or Rover app. Our cats took a quick shining to her, and she even got cuddles from the more shy one who doesn't open up to most people. We have a strange case where our cats were in the last stages of being potty trained when she started coming, and she helped so much with cleaning a few accidents and dealing with a last minute litter delivery with a sense of humor and positivity. She truly went above and beyond and we are so happy we found her!
