Dog Boarding in San Pedro

We are so grateful to have found Sharyl on Rover! She cared for our senior cat, Mimi, who has some health issues and requires medication. Mimi is also a very shy, skittish cat—a true “shrinking violet”—but Sharyl was wonderfully patient and gentle with her. She followed Mimi’s lead, giving her space when needed and making her feel safe and comfortable while we were away. Sharyl also made sure Mimi got her favorite “chickies” with every meal and stayed on top of her medicine. We felt completely at ease knowing Mimi was in such kind and capable hands. We highly recommend Sharyl to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive pet sitter!

Qing was amazing. She was available on very short notice, communicated with me every step of the way and she sent pictures and videos throughout the day to keep me informed about how our pet was doing. I would definitely use this service and this provider again. Beautiful neighborhood too!

Yeon Yi Kim took care of our dog, Mocha, while we were out of town for 5 days, and she did a great job. She sent us regular photos and videos and kept us updated on how Mocha was doing. She also took her on daily walks, so Mocha got plenty of exercise. If anything came up, she let us know right away. Mocha was happy and well cared for the whole time. We really appreciate her help and will definitely book with her again.

I can tell Yuki had a great time and could see how well she enjoyed Buddha as well as Armando and Kate. Thanks for helping her take it easy on her paw, for being flexible with pickup, and for taking great care of her.

Boarding our dog with Traci was a great experience. Pick up and drop off were easy. Traci sent photos and videos to show how our dog was getting along during her stay, and our dog was happy, comfortable and well-cared for there.

Luke was in such good hands with Adrian! She sent updates a couple times a day and helped me feel at ease while on vacation! I will definitely book her again in the future when I need a sitter for Luke! He had such a great time playing and at his stay over all.

Zahara was amazing with Lenox! He stayed with her for two weeks and was so sad to come home haha. Zahara was in constant communication with me and sent me so many pics and videos. I will definitely be using her again next time I’m out of town! Highly recommend. We love her!!!

Kevin & Victoria were so accommodating for our older dog Luna who hadn't been boarded before. They gave us peace of mind from our initial meet and greet and we'll definitely turn to them if we need a sitter for Luna again in the future.

Could not recommend enough! My dog Burnie is very sweet but tends to be shy in new places. I’ve never seen him as comfortable with a rover as he was with Katherine. She kept us updated every step of the way through text messages and photos so we didn’t have to worry about anything. We will definitely be booking again soon!

This was our first time hiring a sitter that wasn’t a family member and my partner and I are so happy we chose Emily for our first sitter! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Steven and Jessica! This was our first Rover experience and my husband and I were both pretty nervous about leaving our 5 year old Lab with people we didn't know. HOWEVER- Steven and Jessica were so nice and professional and put us at ease before our trip at the meet up as well as throughout with frequent communication and pictures. Their boys are so fun and sweet and we know our dog loved being with them. Their yard was also perfect for our buddy! They followed and respected the schedule for him and we could tell he had been loved and cared for so well while we were away! We had such a great experience and cannot thank them enough! We will definitely be booking again in the future.

MJ and Kirk are awesome. They gave us peace of mind when we left our high energy pup Mati with them after he had surgery for a broken tibia. Doctor ordered rest and no crazy jumping, which seemed like a big ask. They were also so flexible with us, which helped decrease the pre vacation chaos we were experiencing. We picked him up and he was happy and healthy after 15 days of him staying with them. We got pictures of him during the stay, which helped reinforce the peace of mind. We especially loved the pictures with their other dogs. Thank you MJ and Kirk, they have our highest recommendation and plan to be repeat clients.

Ivonne was awesome! She took great care of our dog Ollie while we were away. We got daily photo updates and I could tell he was in good hands! Definitely will be using her services again!

I knew Chester loved Ashley when we left she walked up to him to say goodbye and he licked her on her face. We will be back. Chester I’m sure loved her long fingernails on his backside too!
