Leyla has been so helpful for us! We just moved to a new home and getting settled with Benedict has been way easier with her help. She regularly walks him so I can go into work and we scheduled a drop on visit when we headed into the city for the evening. She is so sweet with him and helps bring in all our boxes to keep them safe. When benny gets excited to see someone, he sometimes has a little tinkle and Leyla cleaned it up with no problem. Caroline was able to help me immediately when I had a crisis situation and needed care for my 1 year old cat. My cat had never been alone for more than 12 hours before and that was only a handful of times, so I was very concerned and worried. Caroline would communicate with me and provide updates and she went above and beyond to care for Bonsai. Every day I spoke with her and would look at the photos I felt as such ease knowing that he was getting loved and cared for while I was away. If I ever need to use these services again, I will 100% use Caroline if she is available.
