Valeriya was great with LuLu, she checked in on her daily, playing with her and giving her treats. I was worried leaving her alone but Valeriya put me at ease with her communication and photo updates. Will definitely use her in the future to look after my LuLu!

Carol did a fantastic job on taking care of our super fussy and shy two kitties on a very short notice. She was very understanding and accommodating to my changing situation, challenging personalities of my kitties, and worked with me throughout the duration of the stay. She is highly professional and caring and updated me with the detailed reports on them after each visit so I was be able to be at ease and did not have to worry about them during my trip. I really appreciated her help and I will definitely work with her again and highly recommend her.

Sonia is amazing! She patiently worked with me to create a schedule that worked for us both. She sent daily check-ins with pictures and promptly responded to any message I sent. I was worry-free my entire trip knowing my pets were in good hands. I will definitely reach out to her next time I travel.
