Our first time using Rover was great. Don arrived on time, he interacted with Memphis and played with him, was able to deal with Memphis being overly excited, he has a very calm demeanor, and always kept us updated with pictures throughout his 7 hour dog sitting. Sarah did a great job watching my cat Lefty and even learned how to give her a subcutaneous IV while watching her. She was responsive and sent me photos every day and was on top of feeding and cleaning up after her. Left house clean as well. Would happily book again!
