Dog Boarding in Santa Clara

Sofiya went above and beyond when caring for our dog, Bailey. She was very professional and caring and provided daily photos and updates, which were very reassuring for a first time user. We would recommend her highly and would use her again if any doggie boarding needs arise!

Jie watched Nino for over a week and every day without fail I received multiple photos, updates, and reassurances that he was doing well. Thanks Jie!

Michael and Kris did a great job taking care of Mabel! We got timely updates and Mabel seemed to have had a great time with them! Would love for them to take care of Mabel again

Aleksei and Galina took great care of my Frenchie Louis. They were understanding when he arrived with a cone, and were great at communicating how he was doing during the week. They sent lovely photos and were very wonderful caretakers for Louis. Thank you both!!!!

Joyce and her family took exceptional care of Frida. They sent me pictures during her stay, communicated frequently and gave all the love and care she needed during her stay. I will definitely bring Frida back when we need again.

TR is amazing! She updated us every day about how’s my cat doing, she sends me videos and photos of my cat. This is my first time working with a cat sitter so it’s def new to us and to my cat. She gave me so much of peace of mind by updating us everyday. Thank you again! Def recommend her.

We boarded our puppy Luna at Soyoung's again during our 10-day trip. This is our 3rd time boarding Luna at Soyoung's. Once we parked outside her house, Luna was already super excited to see Soyoung and her other besties again. When I waved goodbye, Luna didn't care much about me leaving hahaha, which I'm happy about because I don't have to worry about Luna having separation anxiety when we go travel without her. I know she will enjoy her stay here. This place is like the Disneyland for Luna. She gets to play with other dogs and Mandoo (Soyoung's cat) everyday. When we went to pick her up after our trip, she didn't really want to leave yet! Don't worry, we will for sure board Luna here again in the future!

We were so grateful to have Tracey care for Roscoe during our vacation. Her warm and calming presence allowed our pup to feel at ease - evidenced in the photos of him upside down on the sofa or crashed-out sleepy after a nice walk. Tracey kept us up to date and pointed out some behavioral events she observed and very professionally handled. We highly recommend her expert care.

Rachel and Cory took very good care of my dog who happens to be a nervous senior dog. With their experience, they were able to alleviate my dog’s anxiety rather quickly and provided a good environment for her. My dog being a senior dog unfortunately had quite a few accidents inside their house. They never complained and took care of it as part of their care. They also sent multiple pictures of my dog to me helping me relax during my trip knowing that my dog is in good hands. I would hope to use them again in the future if such an occasion should come up!

I’m so glad to have been introduced to Sunshine and Shannon through a complete coincidence. But maybe it was fate. After losing our favorite sitter to a greedy landlord, I was worried about delving back into the sitter pool after so long. But then the app somewhat forcefully suggested Sunshine & Shannon and that goodness it did. We had a great meet and greet, Penny immediately felt comfortable which was a good sign. And when it came time for her first stay, she happily wagged her way to the door and made herself at home. The stream of photos and videos while I was away further proved she was becoming the princess she deserves to be, lounging around in her “castle”. More importantly it was obvious she was in very good and caring hands. We’re both looking forward to her next stay with Sunshine & Shannon!

Shan did a great job with my dog Kona. She is very responsive and sent many videos and pictures everyday. Kona was well cared for and happy when we picked him up. I would recommend Shan.

Daisy seemed to enjoy her time with Christy and Cornell for a few days. They kept me up to date and shared photos throughout. They have a nice backyard to get some of her zoomies out and sweet kids to help keep her company. I would definitely bring her back in the future.
