Dog Boarding in Santa Cruz

Yajaira takes great care of both our one year old pup and our ten year old pup. She's been flexible and super reliable. My younger Aussie mix, Blue loves to play with her Frenchie Luna which makes me so happy. I feel grateful that when I have to leave our dogs behind, they have a sweet family to watch over them.

Denise is a wonderful dog sitter. She cared for my dog while I was away for a few days. I used to take my dog to a large dog boarding facility and my dog was not a fan. When I picked my pup up from Denise, my dog was calm and happy, and almost wanted to stay. I will be returning to Denise for future dog sitting. Thank you!

Best Rover experience ever!!! Cannot recommend Nancy and her husband highly enough. Not only were they able to watch my pup at the very last minute (literally an hour notice!), they were flexible on the pickup time, and truly one of the most friendly couples I’ve met on Rover. Such a lovely, warm, and caring family, and very clearly, true dog people! They had a beautiful fenced backyard for my pup to play in, had super friendly little dogs that seemed to get along well with mine, and they made sure to keep me updated with lots of cute pictures during his stay. You can tell they truly love dogs and enjoy being around them. My little one felt right at home within minutes of walking in the door. Such a relief to know he was in great hands, and being loved on, during his stay. I need to find an excuse to visit this part of town again just so Berkeley can stay with Nancy again! Truly a home away from home for my little guy. I know my pup had the best time and yours will too!

Hannah was so wonderful watching our mini Australian shepherd Charlie for a few nights! She gave us daily updates and pictures to show how he was doing and what they were up to. She took him on lots of nice walks and had play time in the backyard. Charlie had to best time with Hannah and hope to see her again some time!

My Abby had a fantastic time at Lucia's house, became besties with her sweet pup, and even took a nap in Lucia's lap. A great experience and we'll definitely be back for more visits :)

We had such a great experience! Our dog was so well cared for during the stay, and we could tell he was happy and comfortable the whole time. The updates and attention to detail gave us peace of mind while we were away. We’re so grateful for the love and care he received and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful sitter.

Julia did a great job sitting for our older dog. She paid careful attention to our care instructions and kept in great communication throughout the stay.

We enjoyed having Robin take care of Porter. He was very happy and settled in right away. Robin was easy to communicate with and has a great space for pets. I'm sure Porter will have another visit to their house.

Annette was so kind with Gracie. I am grateful for her patience and warm heart. She took Gracie for a walk, and gave her much space to be free in the house and in the yard as well. Gracie was safe, well cared for, and received a good amount of attention! Warm and loving home!

Britt took great care of Mackay! He was clearly very attentive and affectionate, a true dog lover. Arlo and Mackay got along great. I will definitely hire Britt again.

My dog Finley just loves staying with Shannon! She takes awesome care of him and sends daily updates so I can see his happy face. Highly recommend!

Michael and Patti were wonderful with my dog. They checked in with me and sent pictures (very important!). My dog looked very content and relaxed while in their home. I will definitely use them again!

Blue had an amazing time with Marina and her kitties! Marina sent lots of updates and pictures, so I knew Blue was having a good time. She came home happy and tired, always a winning combination.

Maxwell and Kiana took amazing care of my dog, Zuko! They played with him, took him on multiple walks a day, and were very communicative. I received daily videos and photos of my dog which put my mind at ease. Zuko felt very loved by them for the duration I was gone.

Sami was great with my dog. She took him on hikes and to the beach. It's obvious she loves dogs.
