Berenice, I wanted to thank you again for taking such great care of our kitty! When we arrived he was all cuddled up on the bed and seemed fat and happy. Thanks also for doing such a thorough job of cleaning the food area and litter, picking up the mail, and watering the plants. You went beyond what I asked (I forgot about the plants) and we are so appreciative of that. We Had Kaitlin for five days of daily visits. I have to say, I think Kaitlin is the cat Whisper. She took many pictures of our two 11 month old kitties. We have one cat that is very shy, Kaitlin had her playing and rolling over ,feeling very safe. Our other cat loved Kaitlin from the get go. We would definitely have Kaitlin again to watch our cats again. It was our first time using Rover, Best choice choosing Kaitlin.

This should really be at least 10 stars. Julie is a true professional. She clearly loves animals and orivided such loving care. Iline if the most difficult things anout my recent move to California was finding care for the cats when we travel. Pip especially needs extra TLC and must be medicated daily. Julie quickly got through the business of the day and spent some quality time each day with the “kids.” Couldn’t be happier!

Rachael was a life saver. She took my urgent, last minutes request & was able to come the next day. She was prompt & professional. She even managed to communicate with the disabled man living with me. (He doesn’t talk to anyone!) I would definitely recommend her and will use her services again as needed.
