Dog Boarding in Scotts Valley

Our dog was boarded with Anusha for a week vacation and honestly, I don’t know if me or my dog had the better vacation! :) Anusha provided daily picture and video updates and treated our dog like the princess she thinks she is! I highly recommend Anusha’s services and will definitely be using her again for all our boarding needs! Never looking back to boarding facilities. Anusha also prepared boiled chicken treats for our dog and always asked permission before feeding her anything not provided by us! The best!

Thank you Sofiya for taking such good care of Tessa! We received updates including photos and videos. Sofiya was very responsive. We were reassured throughout Tessa’s stay with Zhan.

Best Rover experience ever!!! Cannot recommend Nancy and her husband highly enough. Not only were they able to watch my pup at the very last minute (literally an hour notice!), they were flexible on the pickup time, and truly one of the most friendly couples I’ve met on Rover. Such a lovely, warm, and caring family, and very clearly, true dog people! They had a beautiful fenced backyard for my pup to play in, had super friendly little dogs that seemed to get along well with mine, and they made sure to keep me updated with lots of cute pictures during his stay. You can tell they truly love dogs and enjoy being around them. My little one felt right at home within minutes of walking in the door. Such a relief to know he was in great hands, and being loved on, during his stay. I need to find an excuse to visit this part of town again just so Berkeley can stay with Nancy again! Truly a home away from home for my little guy. I know my pup had the best time and yours will too!

Jennifer took such good care of Pickles! She kept us updated throughout the weekend and sent pictures of Pickles looking happy and at home. Jennifer was super flexible with her schedule which made it easy to coordinate timing of drop off and pick ups. Would definitely book with her again!

My dog Finley just loves staying with Shannon! She takes awesome care of him and sends daily updates so I can see his happy face. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Nadia to take care of your pet! She unquestionably loves dogs and knows how to take good care of them. My dog seemed very relaxed and happy during his stay with her and I was able to tell from the pictures that she had updated me with several times each day. Also, she’s a very friendly person!

Pissamas was excellent. Right from the time we dropped our puppy to the time we picked her up, Pissamas kept us fully updated. She sent constant photos and videos. Roxy was very happy staying with her. Already booked her to take care of Roxy during our next trip. Will highly recommend Pissamas.

Hannah is confident and trustworthy with animals. She took care of our large mastiff who is about 1.5 years old so still has some puppy behaviors. She reached out to talk in advance of our weekend away and made herself available for a meet/greet. She made me feel very comfort leaving him. She sent updates and pictures through the weekend to keep us updated. When we returned he was well cared for and happy! We will definitely use Hannah’s services again!

Denise is a wonderful dog sitter. She cared for my dog while I was away for a few days. I used to take my dog to a large dog boarding facility and my dog was not a fan. When I picked my pup up from Denise, my dog was calm and happy, and almost wanted to stay. I will be returning to Denise for future dog sitting. Thank you!

We were so thankful for Lanie & Matt. They took such great care of our dog. We got lots of pictures and updates while we were away. They are a friendly family with lots of love to give. We would absolutely love to hire them again!!!

Steve was an amazing sitter! We could rest easy knowing Luna was in good hands. She had tons of fun with Tucker and the other dogs. We got daily update pics of Luna goofing around. ? Would definitely recommend and book again!

Amy took very good care of Sammy. Our dog can be a mischievous rascal and love stealing shoes, she took it in stride. Sammy also played well with her dog Dodo in their large yard and came home from his weekend happy and tired.

Yajaira takes great care of both our one year old pup and our ten year old pup. She's been flexible and super reliable. My younger Aussie mix, Blue loves to play with her Frenchie Luna which makes me so happy. I feel grateful that when I have to leave our dogs behind, they have a sweet family to watch over them.

We left our 9 month old Great Dane (125 lbs), Beau, with Jenna and her family for a week! We were desperate to find someone since our previously set up dog sitter cancelled on us last minute. We had never used Rover before and had only left Beau for 4 days previously with his dog trainer. Jenna was very quick to respond to my initial questions. She lives almost an hour away from our house, but again we were desperate since we needed care for our big puppy! She made me feel at ease so we booked her. My husband was the one who did drop off and pick up but I was the one in constant communication with Jenna throughout the week. Jenna would send updates and pictures daily. We could clearly see that Beau was loved on by her 4 kids with the pictures they sent! He looked like he was at home on their couches and beds! He was very spoiled there! (I am okay with that for pet sitters!) I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about Beau. We will be having Jenna and her family watch Beau again in the next few weeks, the drive is worth it to us since he was so well taken care of ! My husband said Jenna and her husband were very kind. Jenna even made us a collage of pictures of his time with them! Our first experience with Rover was a great one, thanks to Jenna and her Family! Jenna- Get ready to see Beau in 3 weeks! I am sure he will be so excited to see you guys again!

Juliana was an absolute gem for our first puppy adventure! We’re first-time dog owners with Chandler, our sweet English Lab puppy, and we were a bit nervous booking last-minute care. Juliana made it so easy—she happily accepted him with zero hesitation, even on short notice. From day one, she put us completely at ease. She sent tons of adorable pictures and updates throughout the stay, which meant the world to us as anxious new parents. She went above and beyond by helping socialize Chandler (super important for our outgoing but still-learning pup), and she even worked on some basic training with him. Her own dogs were incredibly gentle and welcoming—Chandler especially adored Cannoli, and it was clear they all had a great time playing together. Seeing how happy and confident she came home made us so grateful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Juliana again (and we already plan to!). If you’re looking for someone patient, communicative, and genuinely great with dogs—especially puppies—she’s the one. Thank you, Juliana!

Norelvis was great! Zeus stayed one night and was well taken care of. Loved being abke to have a photo update of him since this was my first time leaving him overnight

With only a week’s notice I was able to confirm a booking with Deana for my high energy 7yo lab. He was so happy to have her yard/pasture to play and roam around in. She was very clear with pick up and drop off, what to bring and not to bring and I even received great pictures of my dog enjoying his time. I will definitely reach out to have my dog stay with her again!

Christy and Cornell came in clutch when I was in town for a wedding. They communicated well before and during the stay. Their girls were very sweet with Daphne.

Sabrina was incredible! She took care of Layla like her own and she came back very happy and content. I received plenty of pictures, videos, and updates. Would absolutely book again with her.

When my usual dog sitter was not available I decided to give Rover a try. Madhumita was located very close to me and had great reviews so I reached out to her first. Typically she requests a weeks notice but she was very accommodating and said she was available on the requested dates but first needed to meet Gracie. We coordinated a time for the following day for her to meet Gracie and after leaving I went home a booked Gracie’s stay. While Gracie was in her care we received daily updates showing us that Gracie was comfortable and living her best life. I will definitely use Madhumita again as I know Gracie will be in great care!
