Shelli took great care of my cat! She sent lots of pictures and was very communicative. She was very helpful in troubleshooting a lock issue in which we had to wait for a locksmith to come to my place. She did everything she could to make sure my cat was alright, including coming back late at night to feed him once the lock issue was resolved.

We booked Faith for 3 at-home visits and she was GREAT! Our cat loved spending time with her from day 1. She is trustworthy and is good at sending detailed notes, videos, and updates. I was truly surprised to see Moonie so comfortable and loving towards, her right away. She definitely has an inviting and loving energy that Moonie immediately felt.
