Shelli was great for drop in visits with my cat! When we met initially, she took notes on everything and subsequently took care of everything we discussed. On the first visit there was an issue with the key I gave her but she was very communicative and reassuring to me not to worry and it all got sorted out. I will definitely book with her again!

Alyssa was incredible - kind, considerate, and gave our boys so much love. She sent so many pictures and great updates. We will definitely be reaching out to her again.

Michelle is fantastic! If you want beyond 5 star service for your precious pets, you NEED to book with her. She takes care of them as if they were her own and she herself is a wonderful and lovely person. Just all good things all around!

I’m so grateful we found Emily to drop in on our cat Maizy while we were on vacation out of the country. She is an amazing and kind pet sitter. She has a wonderful way with animals, and it truly showed with the care and love she gave to Maizy. She was very thorough in sending photos, videos, and keeping us updated on how Maizy was doing and what she was up to during our trip. She sent very descriptive summaries of each visit. It was so reassuring to see my kitty and know that someone was there trying to make sure she was okay while I was gone. Emily has such a soft voice and knew just how to soothe and communicate with Maizy, even in the beginning when she wasn’t sure what to think about a new person coming over. I’m a first time Rover user and was not sure what to expect. Emily responded to my request almost immediately and we arranged a meet and greet that same day. The peace of mind was so priceless, knowing someone who cares was there to take care of both her emotional and basic needs. When we came home Maizy was very happy and seemed much more like herself than when we’ve been away in the past. I will definitely use Emily again for our next vacation/time away from Maizy. Many, many thanks to Emily for her kindness and care for our sweet pet. She is a wonderful person!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Jasmine was incredible! She took care of my two finicky cats for over a week while I was out of town. They are special needs and cannot be let outside so it is always challenging to travel. Jasmine won them over right away. They both came out of hiding and warmed up to her day one. She followed all my nit picky instructions and her communication was top notch. I received great photos, videos and updates. She helped bring in the mail and packages even and most importantly—kept my girls content, cared for and loved. I highly recommend her for pet care and will use her again! Perfect in every way!
