House Sitting in Shellville Colony

Madaline house and dog sat for us for more than a week and took care of our just-turned-one year old puppy. We came home to a very calm, happy, well behaved and well cared for puppy. Madaline was extremely responsive, thoughtful and sent us pictures and updates throughout the stay. We are very grateful to Madaline for taking great care of her!

Gabriel did a great job of setting my mind at ease when I was away out of the country. He sent many photos and that helped me enjoy my time away stress-free!

Ronald was AMAZING, had a short notice need for help with my 6mo old pupper. Every single message he got back to me immediately, went above and beyond even coming earlier due to a last minute change. Got pictures constantly and was fantastic all around, came back from a wedding to relieve and the pupper was a very happy camper. Ronald was a lifesaver and kept my VIP boy very happy all night. Now know have a trusted and fantastic sitter for whenever back in the Napa area, A++++ and thanks so much again!

Dorothy absolutely lives up to her stellar reputation on Rover. She started with an introductory home visit so everyone could get comfortable with each other and oriented to our dog and home. Our dog can be a bit skittish with new people and within an hour he was already friends with Dororthy. When she returned a week later to house sit, our dog was excited to see her which doesn't even happen with family. Throughout the stay, she sent us frequent text updates and amazing photographs from their walks, playing in the yard and cuddling around the house. After Dorothy left the next day, our dog stood by the door for an hour wondering if she was coming back. After Dorothy, he was his super happy, relaxed self (as opposed to the one time he stayed in a kennel and took several days to recuperate). It's a big deal to trust a stranger in your home and with your fur-baby. Dorothy totally earned everyone's trust. She showed tremendous respect for our house, leaving everything very neat & tidy. We've already booked her for another stay. If you want peace of mind to enjoy your time away from home, knowing that your dog and your home are well looked after, we'd recommend Dorothy as the consummate professional.

Maria was great. She let us know ahead of time that she was on the way and made sure to confirm instructions for taking care of our puppy confirming how specific his routine needed to be.

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our pup, Bo! He was so happy and well cared for the entire time. She walked him twice a day, loved him like her own, and kept us updated with the sweetest pictures. She also followed all of our home care instructions perfectly and left the house spotless. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Bo was in such kind, capable hands. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and loving sitter!

Channing was amazing with Waffles! I especially liked the daily updates with photos, and she left our house spotless! I appreciate that Channing took the time to do a meet and greet and followed all the feeding and medication instructions. I highly recommend Channing!

Sophia was sweet, flexible, and easy to work with. She was open to a last minute booking and change. Our boys seemed very happy and comfortable with her. Would definitely book again.

As always, Ruth is a pleasure to work with. While we hate to be away from Batman, we know he is in good hands and Ruth does a stellar job of keeping us up to date with pictures and insight about him and his behavior. Will continue to work with her as often as possible.

Alleen is a sweetheart! She took great care of my pup and home while away. I felt very comfortable having her in my home. She is very reliable and trustworthy. She communicated with me frequently and sent picture updates during my trip. My dog takes daily meds that she ensured he got as scheduled. She gave him lots of play time, walks and even a bath before I came home. I am so thankful that I found her through this app. I will definitely use her again in the future! This was our first time having an in-home sitter for our dog and birds, thank goodness we connected with Fiona, and our experience was great! Fiona visited a couple of time before the sitting and really listened to our pet's needs. Fiona's daily updates with pics made me happy; they were heartwarming and full of energy. She cared for my 60lb lab/aussie mix when she had gotten a splinter, and I know that could not have been easy (thank you Fiona). She also went out of her way to make friends with my cockatiel which I appreciated so much as I didn't want her to get lonely while I was gone. The house looked just as it did when we left. I would definitely recommend Fiona for pet care needs.
