Haley was very responsive to messages. She took care of my pup as promised during the drop in visits. She also send me pics for each visit to let me know how things went.

Katie did an excellent job watching after my two elderly dogs while I was out of town. She made sure they were comfortable and took their pills (not an easy task, as one of them likes to resist).
