Madalyn was great. It was my first time using rover and was nervous because my dog can be a little high maintenance. So I obviously picked Madalyn because she had so many reviews and repeated customers. She was very nice and was even open to have a meet and greet a week before to just help my dog familiarize himself with her and her home. Madalyn is incredibly sweet and my dog who has so much anxiety immediately started being playful in his home. She kept me updated daily and was very flexible and accommodating. I plan to use her again in the future. Thank you again Madalyn for taking care of my dog and making him feel safe and loved. I know he has a lot of anxiety and thank you calming him when he was crying!

This was my second time booking with Joyce and she is truly amazing! From the moment I reached out, communication was easy, clear, and reassuring. She’s incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such loving and capable hands. She sends great updates, is reliable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Buffalo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I’m soooo grateful to have found her and will absolutely continue booking with her whenever I can. Highly, highly recommend!

Haijin and Victor are the best! This was our first time away from our puppy. We were kinda nervous about leaving her anywhere. I received photos and message updates for the time we were away. Our girl looked like she had a blast! I can’t thank them enough for caring for her. Will definitely be booking them in the future!

JING was friendly and took great care of my dog, providing daily updates with photos that kept me reassured while I was away. However, I found her in-person communication a bit unclear at times, which was slightly challenging during pick up when I wanted to know more about Rosies stay. Overall, she was reliable and kind, and I’d consider using her services again with clearer communication.

Rika is OUTSTANDING. She went above + beyond for Wozzy and I cannot express how grateful I am to have met her. We did a meet + greet and her calm, gentle demeanor let Wozzy trust her and feel comfortable within minutes (which is unheard of!). I knew this was going to be a great fit. Wozzy stayed with Rika for about 10 days and the way he opened up to her, letting her pet him so quickly is actually a first! He usually has a tough time trusting strangers, but he immediately felt comfortable staying with Rika, which is saying a lot! Rika was extremely communicative with her daily updates and it felt like she cared for him as if he was her own fur baby. Her updates + photos made me feel so at ease, and I didn't worry about him at all while I was away. Rika is officially Wozzy's favorite sitter and I'm pretty sure he felt like he was on vacation! Rika, I cannot thank you and your little girl enough, for providing Wozzy your love, care and attention! You both have the sweetest souls and are wonderful human beings. Thank you so, so much!

We could not be happier with the level of service and positive experience!! Phillip deeply cares about his canine guests, and provides individual attention to each pup. Thank you for the tons of video, photo. and health updates each day! It made our international trip so much better when we saw how much fun our pup was having. Phillip went above and beyond, and our dog enjoyed his stay so much. You’re the best!

Leaving our dog Billie with Cathy and Andres could not have been a better decision. They have a safe and comfortable home and are extremely communicative and caring. We needed a home that only took one dog at a time so they were the perfect choice. Would absolutely book them again.

I'm so happy to have Adrianne take care of my maltipoo Shiba for 18 days in her home. She sends pictures and updates, which lessen my worries. She takes care of Shiba well. I got him back healthy and happy.

Ana and Mitchell are so helpful in watching and caring for our 6-month-old puppy. They keep him entertained and he enjoys playing with their dog Ellie. He stayed on a good schedule with walks, naps, and meals, and came back super happy after staying almost a week with Ana & Mitchell. We received lots of update pictures and notes to reassure us that Shaggy was doing well. My husband and I really appreciated that Ana & Mitchell were careful to not leave our dog in the house alone because he is not used to staying home alone yet. They are great pet sitters and wonderful people who definitely care about the dogs and puppies under their watch!

I left Harley and Ivy, my 2 golden doodle 3 year olds with Ming and she did an amazing job! I was so grateful to find her so last minute and my flight was delayed so I had to pick them up an hour later than intended. I will 100% use her again!!

Third time leaving my fur babies with Luis, and grateful they are in loving capable hands. Luis goes above and beyond to make sure their cozy and happy at his house, and when I drop them off they are always excited to see him.

Alvin took care of our two cats at his home. He was super helpful, stayed in touch daily with updates. He followed our instructions very well. It was nice for us that he didn’t have pets himself as it made it easier for the cats.

There are no words to describe our experience with Georgina. We are beyond pleased with the care our fur baby received. They were so welcoming to him and made him feel at home. We weren’t sure how he would behave or react since this was our first time, but she made sure to communicate with us daily, sending us pictures, and reassuring us that he was in good hands. Very communicative, nurturing, and engaging. This gave us peace of mind. So much so we were thinking he wasn’t going to want to leave ! Its like he had a new family 🥰

Janice was awesome. She took great care and attention to Stella’s needs. Stella is still young 8 months and learning to be alone. I liked the fact that she made accommodations to help her feel comfortable. Would defiantly recommend her to anyone.
