Dog Boarding in South Lake Tahoe

My boy was obviously very comfortable staying with Melissa and her dog Obi. I had confidence that he would be fine there for the two nights I was leaving him. He also stayed with them for more days another time and he was very excited to come back. I think he is a pawty dog!

Laura was amazing, understanding our dogs need for exercise without having to advise her of those needs. She did a great job keeping us informed of Nala’s well being the entire day ! Thank you 🙏 Nala came home happy and tuckered out!☺️

We needed someone to watch our dog while staying at a hotel in South Lake Tahoe and found Gabriel. We're so glad we did, our dog settled right into this home and had a great time. She enjoyed the large fenced yard and walks in the trees with Gabriel. We also received daily status updates and photos to help us know that all was going well. When it was time to pick up, our pup seemed in great spirits!

Such a great dog sitter! Send pictures throughout and is quick to answer any texts and checkins. Definitely plan on having Teeda watch Charlie again in the future. Thanks!!

This was our first time with Megan. It was great. She and her family took a great care of our dog. She provided regular updates, which we really appreciated. Our dog can't wait to be back :)

Raluca was great! We messaged her really late at night asking if we could drop off our dog at 7:30am and she responded quickly and said it was fine. The next day everything went super smoothly. Our dog seemed happy hanging out with her watching TV going on walks and she even took him on a short hike. We also changed the pickup time the night before and she was totally fine with that. The photo updates were really timely too. Would definitely book again when we’re back in Tahoe!

My pups loved staying with Jessica! Her home was perfect for the dogs with dog beds and a big backyard. She sent pictures of the dogs and they were happy and having fun! I would highly recommend Jessica and will definitely have my dogs stay with her again. She currently doesn’t have any dogs of her own which was great for my older dog who can be grumpy around new dogs.

We've booked Jack multiple times to pet sit our mini labradoodle Wally and he's great!

Lara was absolutely phenomenal. She is so caring and gentle. I could not have asked for a better experience. I felt an immediate ease when I got to get home - I had been stuck in traffic due to the blizzard and she helped every step of the way. I could tell my dog felt right at home and her dog Tango was adorable and playful. I will rebook in a heartbeat!

Stephanie was so awesome!! We told her that our dog Maggie is a very high energy dog who needs a lot of exercise and Stephanie was able to provide just that for Maggie which was so great!! She went on hikes with Maggie the whole weekend and even walked her the morning we picked her up! That was so nice since we had a long drive home and Maggie slept the entire way! I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone needing a Rover! Thanks again Stephanie!!

Nettie was fantastic! During my dog's 5-day stay with Nettie, I had ZERO concerns about his well-being. From taking him to the lake, to tucking him in under a blanket, Nettie delivered top-notch care. And when, mid-stay, I asked if I could add a night, she went out of her way to accommodate my request & devised a special pick-up plan that worked with both of our schedules. Top-notch in every way! THANK YOU NETTIE!!!

We would highly recommend using Tim for boarding. Our Aussie looked like she had an absolute blast hiking and getting lots of attention from the updates Tim provided. He communicates well and treated our pup like his own!

Jeremy was great with my high-energy + snuggly dog. He was very accommodating and attentive - clearly gave my dog a lot of time walking chasing sticks and also letting her sit with him. I appreciated not only the photos he sent regularly but also fun text messages as he discovered her personality. She was happy when she arrived and happy when I picked her up. Will absolutely pick Jeremy again and highly recommend!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Jan! She took GREAT care of our dog at her place while we were out of town for 4 nights. She kept our pup very entertained - took him out for hikes, swimming, and evening strolls and gave him lots of love! She kept us updated with pictures of what they did each day. Our flight home was delayed and we ended up having to pick him up much later than originally planned, and Jan was so understanding about it. It was such a relief knowing that our dog was in great hands with Jan while we were gone. Definitely recommend! 5 stars!

Kelly was so great with my little guy I honestly wasn't sure if he wanted to come home with us. ;) We could tell immediately that he loved her and she sent us photos of their fun adventures over the weekend so we felt assured he was having as much fun on his vacay as we were. I would definitely highly recommend her and wish we came to Tahoe more often so we could use her as a repeat sitter ourselves. :)

Our dog had a great time with Shane for 3 days during our Tahoe trip. Our dog got lots of exercise and play time in the snow. We appreciated Shane's quick responses and flexibility.
