Dog Boarding in Stanford

Kelly was great with our dog, Sadey. Our dog is often nervous when meeting new people, but Kelly was patient and understanding as she settled in. Kelly was also an excellent communicator and easy to work with.

Tracy was great with Teddy. Loved her updates and I can tell she took great care of him. Will definitely leave Teddy with her again next time we travel.

This was Scout’s first boarding experience ever, overnight. Manli did a great job and Scout felt comfortable with her. Her home is very dog-friendly and in a very quiet neighborhood. She had a few other pups there at the same time so Scout could play in the backyard with them and he got plenty of exercise. I appreciate the time she spent with him, even while working from home. Plus she sent so many photos and videos, which was comforting to me. Will board Scout at Manli’s again soon.

Margaret and John are amazing, we are so grateful to have found them and will definitely be rebooking for future trips. We adopted our first dog, Chevy, over 3 years ago and had previously only left her once with another sitter, which was a horrific experience for us all. She's a nervous girl and takes a while warm up to new people, which has meant we've avoided leaving her in the care of anyone. Adding in the fact she's 80lbs and can pull suddenly and hard when spooked, makes her tricky to handle for the average sitter, so she requires a very special type of person to care for her. During the meet and greet before booking, Margaret and John were super knowledgeable about dogs, especially nervous pups, and knew all the things we usually advise people on first meeting her (avoiding eye contact, slow, calm movements, generally just ignoring her and letting her check out her new surroundings). Our other pup, Sprout, is an easy going, happy-go-lucky boy who's relatively easy to care for, but is also a big guy, at 70lbs. From the first encounter we felt that Margaret would be more than capable of caring for our pups and we were absolutely not disappointed. She provided regular updates and Chevy was even comfortable enough zooming around in her backyard, testament to the calm environment Margaret had set up. Margaret is well on her way to becoming on Chevy's "friend" list after only 24h in her care, and we look forward to having her care for Chevy and Sprout again in the future.

Michael and family provided quality care for our pup. We were kept informed through regular pictures and messages through the rover.com system.

MinJun and Mi Ran are the best rover host you would want to find. They really love dogs and treated our dog as if their own. They took great care of our dog and even offered him a clean bed when they noticed his crate was dirty. They sent us a lot of pictures and updates and we would definitely trust them with our dog anytime!

Jesse & Kimmy were by far the best sitters ever! I got updates everyday and lots of fun photos! More importantly, my dog got her allergies when she was with them, and while the vet said my dog could wait until we returned, Kimmy went above and beyond to go to our vet and pick up Ruby’s medication. Wow! So kind. Also, they were very flexible regarding pick up and drop off - we had a few change of plans and it was not a problem! Ruby had a great week with Jessie and Kimmy - I was even afraid she wouldn’t want to leave!! If I could give more stars I would!!

Jifu did an amazing job with Benito. He was very fast with his replies and Benito came home tired out and happy! Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Jasmine is our go-to sitter! She’s so easy to communicate with and truly spends quality time with Franny, playing with her, taking her out on walks, and making sure she’s happy.

Olga, igor and their kids did a fantastic job taking care of Kiki. They were very easy to work with on drop off/pick up timings and made sure to learn about Kiki's needs and quirks. Great communication during the stay with regular photos and videos. Kiki lived her best life-walks, the dog park and snuggles. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Meerim took great care of our boy. Before the stay, she asked lots of questions and helped to make us feel comfortable. During the stay, she sent us photos and updates, letting us know our boy way having a great time!

Fang was amazing with my dog Banana during a 4 day stay. She was amazing with following instructions, asking very insightful questions, and making sure to provide pleanty of updates. We will definitely book another stay with Fang!

Tillana was absolutely AMAZING with my pup Graham! Beautiful home with a large back yard, photos and updates every day, and even a beach day! You can tell Tillana truly cares about every dog left in her care, I could not have felt safer or more comfortable leaving graham with her for the week (and of course graham had a blast as well! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Rachel is so caring and amazing! She sends pics and updates and she really works well with my dog who has bad anxiety. When my mom was in the hospital she was flexible in keeping Rudy for longer and was asking about my welfare. I could tell she really cares about my dog Rudy!

Beth was amazing and took such great care of my dog! She kept me updated with photos through his stay with her and I felt totally at ease knowing he was in great hands.

Boone was given so much love and attention while we were gone. He was a prince in heaven. Loved the daily pictures and check ins. Much appreciated!
