Rochelle and her family were the best ! Our husky loved her visit. We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and were unable to bring our old girl 🐾 with us. Rochelle came to the rescue. So thorough and caring - she did an amazing job ! We really appreciate it :) See you again soon.

Shayne took great care of our girls. She was very responsive when would message about them. She even provided picture during their stay with her. We will definitely be using her again if the need arises!!

Annmarie was transparent from the start. There was a fast response time and she was available for a meet and greet around my schedule. I was assured after that point Annmarie was the sitter I needed. Annmarie catered to my pet like her own, and she sent photo’s to reflect her best practices as a pet parent herself. I definitely give hands up to her and voice a recommendation for others to use her pet care services.

I cannot say enough good things about Leisha & her family. I had a family emergency and was already out of town and needed a super last-minute sitter. I was having such a hard time finding someone on such short notice, but Leisha went above and beyond to care for my baby. She was very thorough and took excellent care of him. Sent periodic updates made sure that he had The best time with her other dogs. This was my first time using her as a sitter & it will not be my last. When I arrived to pick up my dog he didn’t even want to leave lol he was outside having such a good time with her family. Thank you so much again! Theo will be back soon

Gloria is wonderful! She did a wonderful job updating me on how my dogs were doing and genuinely cared about how they were. She also takes amazing photos! This was our first experience with having someone outside of our family care for our dogs and it was a good experience.

This was the second time Citadel watched our dogs. She truly is the best of the best. We trust her with ours dogs and are thankful for her patience and care to our pets. Thank you Citadel. Highly recommended!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Rhonda was lovely! Great communication. I loved receiving photo updates of how my kitten was adjusting. She was very attentive to him to make sure he was comfortable.

I told my dog Fuzzy that he was going to go on vacation. Boy was that true. Susan took such good care of him and really seemed to appreciate his unique wonderful qualities. And she gave him walks and treats and lots of scratching. I’m just glad that he was willing to come home with me after such a great “vacation”.

I was super nervous leaving our baby with a new sitter, but Patricia absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that we knew Ella was doing great and having a blast with her new bestie Mattie! My husband and I could tell the love she has for her pup is the same love she showed to ours. Truly appreciated and Ella will definitely be back!
