House Sitting in Suisun

I am sure Leyda is a 5 star sitter, but we’re still getting to know each other. She seems really sweet and my dogs like her. Thank you for taking care of my dogs, Leyda!!

Once again Ella took great care of my fur baby. As always super reliable, respectful and trustworthy. I’ll be continuing to work with her on a regular basis. Thank you Ella for everything, it’s always much appreciated! :)

We are repeat clients of Rocelyn. Our first time meeting was when we needed someone to watch our dog and cat for 11 days while we went out of town to spread my Dad’s ashes. I was a nervous leaving my pets with a stranger, but Rocelyn put us at ease at our first meeting. Because I was so frazzled, I forgot a lot of things, but Rocelyn brought those questions up herself, and a lot of things I wouldn’t have ever even thought of. Before the trip, we had her do a “test run” where she came and walked our dog and I showed her where the food and water was for our cat. She send me photos of the entire walk and kept me updated. She also suggested I get my dog a Fi collar, which is a GPS tracker/ heart rate monitor. This was a great suggestion and helped us put our minds at ease while we were away. I could see my dogs location- it showed a map of their walks and a stress level indicator, which Rocelyn liked to check to make sure she wasn’t pushing Trace (dog) too hard on his walks. (Rocelyn is an athlete- I noticed her walks were around 30 minutes and generally around 1.5 miles) Our dog actually lost weight while we were gone because she walked him 2 to 3 times a day while she housesit for us. Beyond just walking our dog, she also sent us photo updates of each pet daily and messages to check in. She stayed overnight for the entire duration of the trip. She would leave for a few hours at a time to do walks for other clients, but never left our dog and cat alone for more than 4 or 5 hours a day- which is the duration I was comfortable with my dog being alone. Due to the walks each morning and staying on top of our feeding schedule, the dog and cat had zero issues being left alone for that amount of time. In fact the Fi collar showed my dog slept a lot of that time, being completely wiped out from the walks! Haha. Our cat did have a harder time adjusting and hid in the garage for a few days, just coming out to eat. This was not Rocelyn’s fault, as our cat is not great with change and hides in the garage when he’s uncomfortable. Still, Rocelyn tried her best to make him feel comfortable, which meant she would go out into the hot garage and coax him over to her and give him attention, pets and reassurance. Over the course of our trip, we started seeing photos of Todd (cat) coming inside to say hello to her, which is really nice. We had spotty cell service for a lot of the trip and four of the days we had no service at all, but Rocelyn handled that like a champ. Even though we couldn’t receive calls and messages for the 4 days, when we got back cell service we noticed she had continued sending updates for those days, both text and photos/ videos. We were still out on July 4th and Rocelyn took extra care to comfort our pets during the fireworks. They were both scared but she gave them extra attention and calmed them down, which is an incredible feat in my option! Finally, we ended up getting home a day earlier than expected, and poor Rocelyn only got an hour or two notice (this was my bad entirely, please don’t be like me!). When I got home, my house was spotless. It was literally cleaner than the way I left it. I figured I’d have to do some cleaning & tidying when i got home but I didn’t have to do a single thing. She mopped, vacuumed, pulled off the bedding she used and replaced it, did the dishes, cleaned off counters, etc. the house smelled lovely and looked incredible. Litter boxes (we have 3) were all clean and had been maintained, cat water fountains were all full. Rocelyn even took down the laundry I forgot outside on the clothesline and folded it and put it away. It was truly above and beyond what I would have expected from anyone. Although my dog was happy to see me, he was also sad that Rocelyn wasn’t going to be there anymore. Because he missed her so much, we decided we want to continue hiring her for walks and if we ever need a house and pet sitter again, she is the only person I’d ever hire. Overall I’d give Rocelyn a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend her to anyone who needs short or long term pet sitting, housesitting, and dog walks- she might be a bit more expensive than other options, but trust me- she’s worth the price!

Ellen was such a good sitter for our 4 pups. She provided regular updates, was very attentive to each dogs need, and left our home in perfect order. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with her service and would definitely book her again in the future.

I am so grateful to have found Laila. She is very professional and great at what she does! During the meet and greet she was very thorough and asked all the right questions which in turn gave me a good feeling that I was leaving my dogs in good hands. She had great communication and kept me updated without me even having to ask. My dogs were well taken care of and she left our home just as she found it. Laila is also very flexible, easy going and there to meet her clients needs. We will definitely use her again in the future!

:) As always, Jenna is responsible, communicative, and fantastic. She kindly accommodated a last minute scheduling change when my trip was delayed for a few hours and my pets adore her.

Alexis was great! She took fantastic care of our Romeo! She sent lots of pictures and videos and always kept us updated. I definitely recommend her and will use her again to watch our fur baby.

This was our first time having an in-home sitter for our dog and birds, thank goodness we connected with Fiona, and our experience was great! Fiona visited a couple of time before the sitting and really listened to our pet's needs. Fiona's daily updates with pics made me happy; they were heartwarming and full of energy. She cared for my 60lb lab/aussie mix when she had gotten a splinter, and I know that could not have been easy (thank you Fiona). She also went out of her way to make friends with my cockatiel which I appreciated so much as I didn't want her to get lonely while I was gone. The house looked just as it did when we left. I would definitely recommend Fiona for pet care needs.

Caitlin is always reliable and takes such good care of our babies- even in a pinch. We love her and keep coming back to her for our pet care needs because we know she sincerely cares for them and we can trust her 💜

Kristin is the best! She took wonderful care of our very energetic and silly puppy. She provided fantastic updates and pictures throughout the weekend. We would definitely have Kristin watch our dog again!

Diyanna was great! Very communicative and helped us be worry free about our two dogs while on Vacation.

I wish I could leave Aileen 10 stars. We were gone 11 days and Aileen made sure our puppies were loved more than even we could love them. They are too elderly pugs and have senior health issues that she had to take care of while we were gone. One of them had a small health issue that she immediately handled by contacting us and taking her to the vet. It was instantly handled because of her and our puppy was all perfect by the time we got home. She took care of all their walking and drugs and feeding and most importantly spent the night so they would feel safe all night long. She even gave them baths and cleaned our house right before we came home. I can’t say enough nice things about Aileen. If you need a dog sitter and if she’s available, I wouldn’t hesitate for one moment to hire her. Just make her your number one choice and don’t hesitate to get on her calendar because a lot of people know she’s fabulous. Especially our two elderly pugs Zelda and Gypsy! If I could give 10 stars I would. This was our first time working with Nicky and cannot say enough good things. We have a Sr. Dog who lost her companions last year, we moved from another State too so she has been more needy. After our trip commenced she got a UTI needing a vet visit and some extra care and clean up. Nicky handled all this willingly, calmly and always had Chloe's best interests at heart. We were out of the country and there was a time difference too but she handled it all without any problem. Furthermore our home looked like it had been professionally cleaned when we arrived. I cannot speak highly enough of Nicky and highly recommend her to anyone seeking the best possible care for your pet and home. Nicky will be our first choice any time we travel.
