Elaina was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Bruno, while I was away on vacation. She took the time to visit him, take him on walks, and made sure he was happy and well cared for. I especially appreciated the updates and photos she sent during each visit — it gave me real peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Bruno clearly loved spending time with her! Ella did AWESOME as always. I always feel sad leaving my cat fur baby when we go on vacations, but Ella is amazing and always eases my worries - she goes above and beyond for Mitchell and takes good care of him. Rocelyn was able to provide drop in visits for our kitties, and we are so thankful. She was super communicative and kept us fully updated. We adopted our kitties in August and this was our first time leaving them for an extended period of time, and this was our first time using Rover, too. We were super impressed with Rocelyn’s care for our kitties, the whole process was smooth plus the photos and updates made us feel at ease. We definitely recommend Rocelyn and will use her again to care for our kitties when we are away.
