Bonnie was promptly responsive to my Rover inquiry and so reassuring when I had last minute plans to leave town and needed someone I could count on and trust to care for my furbabes! She has been communicative and beyond caring. I love that she uses the "report" function and sent pix of my kiddos as well as updates, which has really captured her attentiveness to the Cat Routine-if you have a cat, you'll know what that means! We have had Elise watch our two cats a few times now and she has been fantastic every single time. Even our cat Isabella (who hates EVERYONE except for me and my husband) is starting to like her! She takes tons of photos when she drops in which I love. I highly recommend Elise when you want ease of mind leaving your babies alone!
