This was my first time using rover to find care for my dog Peri. Matt watched Peri as a trial for a longer trip we plan to take. He did a great job with her and sent pics. It was easy to work with him and you can tell he loves dogs. We recommend Matt’s services and plan to book with him again in the future.

Anessa took me in on very short notice and very graciously agreed to take our dog another day earlier and then keep her another day later! Our husky was unexpectedly aggressive with her dog and she worked wisely to get them to make friends. She sent photos of our dog comfortably at home with her. At pick up, our dog had clearly enjoyed her stay. Thank you Anessa!

Amber was wonderful and Nemo loved staying with her! He enjoyed numerous walks and playing with her. He also “helped” in the garden. Amber sent us pictures so we could see what a good time Nemo was having. We’d never left Nemo with anyone since we adopted him last February so I was a little nervous at how he would do but when I met Amber I could tell right away he was in good hands! I highly recommend her and we will definitely book a stay for Nemo with her again!!

Carrie was amazing! She took great care of our dog she gave her lots of love, and attention. She even sent a few pictures to keep us at ease. Thanks, Carrie, for holding it down while us humans went gallivanting. You gave Twix a mini staycation of her own! We found a permanent caregiver for our vacation needs.

We are incredibly grateful to Sharon and Henry for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Tony. From the very beginning, they were attentive, kind, and thoughtful, and it was clear Tony was in excellent hands. They kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Tony looked relaxed, happy, and completely at home. Sharon and Henry took him on regular walks, gave him plenty of love and attention, and treated him as if he were their own. Communication was excellent throughout — proactive, caring, and reassuring. Leaving your dog behind is never easy, but knowing Tony was being so well looked after made all the difference. We came home to a calm, happy dog, which says everything. We would absolutely trust Sharon and Henry again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for sitters who are reliable, genuinely caring, and go above and beyond. Our dog Baxter was very happy with his stay with Sharon and Albert. This was our first time leaving Baxter since we got him from the rescue and we were nervous that he would feel like he was being abandoned again, but he seemed very comfortable both at drop off and when we picked him up. Sharon sent lots of pictures and short messages to make sure we knew Baxter was being well taken care of. They have great setup with a fenced in front yard and a fenced in back yard (one with sun, one with shade). We appreciated that they not only have them play in the yard but also take them for walks. We liked that they primarily take small dogs and are very affectionate with them. Sharon and Albert are very happy people and I think the dogs pick up on that. We definitely plan to use them again!

Elaine was just who we've been looking for. She's very warm, caring and easy to communicate with. I was so happy to see how she took to Sophie right away. This was the first time leaving her that I wasn't nervous. Sophie said she loved it, too!

I found Lacey on Rover when our usual dog sitter was unavailable, and I’m really glad I did. From the start, she impressed me with her attention to detail and clear love for dogs. We met at her home before the overnight stays, and I felt confident that Oreo would be well taken care of. Throughout the day, Lacey provided updates and photos of Oreo, which reassured me while I was away. While our previous sitter was good, Lacey truly went above and beyond. She has definitely become our go to sitter. I highly recommend her!

Ruchi and Nitin took excellent care of my precious Maggie. They gave me frequent updates of her relaxing, playing, and taking walks. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
