Jenna is fantastic! She makes sure our stubborn golden retriever gets some exercise on their walk. She writes a thorough card which is so funny and great to read! We appreciate her professionalism and how she was able to help us the day of! We’ll definitely be asking Jenna to take care of our sweet Lou again :)

Esmerilda is awesome with our whippets! One is older with a heart condition and the other is a young guy with lots of energy! She knows how to manage each with the right approach. She is great at emphasizing the training we have in place, she has a great routine, kind and caring approach! Great River experience!

Michelle was flexible about time and location; professional. She’s a pleasure to work with and our dog took to her right away. Our husky/shepherd mix dog can be a handful, and Michelle easily handled her.

Juliana is amazing. Not only did she provide TLC to my old dog while I was away, she also cared for my little rat, lol, ! Because this was my first time away from all the animals in over a year, Juliana was able to keep in touch with me on the status of everyone and send a daily picture of the dog.
