House Sitting in Tarpey

I can’t recommend Faith enough. This was my first time using a house sitter for my pets and she made it such a wonderful experience. I was taking an extended trip and usually I’ll board my dog Charlie and have someone come in and check on the cat, but I’m so glad I used Faith instead. She was super responsible, very respectful of my home and loved on my pets and sent me tons of pictures with daily updates.She was also very responsive to texts and communication was great. She was able to check my mail for me was well which was nice. Im so glad I found her here on the Rover app and will definitely be using her again in the future!

Lilly was great from start to finish. She came prepared with questions and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care for a long weekend. She stayed in touch and sent photos and updates. My dog was very happy when I returned home. I’d highly recommend Lilly to care for your pets.

Dear, dear Rita got double duty this trip. We added a second dog, who's a sweet elderly old guy with incontinence issues. Rita took it in stride, even managing to diaper the dogger successfully, which I hadn't been able to do. As always, the dogs were happy, and everything thing was taken care of. I have complete faith in her abilities, and so appreciate her!

Alivia was the most perfect sitter! I genuinely think they were disappointed when I walked through the door :). Alivia is so sweet and communicative and sends great updates. Clearly a dog whisperer and my little ones were so happy and cared for.

Kaitlyn was awesome! She was so willing to help last minute and really saved us. She communicated super well, sent some great photos, and spoiled our dogs a bit. Due to our circumstances when we needed her, she really eased my concern and let me enjoy the rest of my vacation knowing my pups were well taken care of.

Alexis was so great to work with. She took the time to come over for a meet and greet prior to us booking. She took great care of my two energetic pups and gave them all the attention they could ask for (which is a lot!). She also kept the house in great condition. I could tell the pups enjoyed their time with her while we were gone! We will definitely recommend her to others.

Chelsea , was great , she was professional, on time , she kept in touch via text throughout her four day stay . She sent pictures of our little dog with each text. She kept the house clean and when we got back it looked the same as when we left . Our little Chihuahua is 7 years old and has never been alone and I know it was quite challenging to take care of this dog, but you did a great job and we will be using her again.She is a true professional. Thank you, Chelsea.

Margaret agreed to watch our pup last minute and was communicative and responsible. She left the house clean and Faith seemed happy when we got home

Christina is absolutely exceptional! She went above and beyond. She is the finest we’ve ever worked with. She took exceptional care of Lulu and our home. We felt very grateful!

Shauna’s first dog sitting at our house: She is easy to work with, has excellent communication skills, and seems dependable and organized. Above all, the pics Shauna texted show that my senior dog felt safe and happy being with her today. I have been working with two other dog-sitters for 3 yrs, one for 2 Sundays a month and the other for late evenings when needed. They both work part-time and go to school full-time. Neither was available on Monday from 9-5, but Shauna was so that we could focus on our funeral for a relative today. My wife and I feel that our beloved Joy will be in a good hand when longer hours or overnight stay is needed.

As a first time Rover user, I was very very nervous about getting a sitter. Mary did a great job watching my English Bulldog. She followed all instructions and was even able to hand feed Toby for me, since he’s so spoiled.

Faith is amazing! She took the best care of my pups while we were on vacation. I was nervous about leaving but she’s awesome it was so nice to not have to worry at all ❤️

Dalene is a dream come true! Our dogs loved her and even our little nervous guy had warmed up in just a weekend. She followed our instructions to the letter and spent time playing inside and outside with them while we were gone. She sent pictures every day of what they were doing and asked questions if we had holes in our care instructions. I felt so much better leaving them with Dalene in charge than boarding them in doggie jail. They didn’t miss a beat because all their normal routines just kept right on going while we were away. Dalene is just the best!!

Grace stayed with our pets, in our home for two weeks while we were out of the country. She was communicative with photos and messages. She spent a good amount of time walking our two dogs as well as attempting to befriend our cat. She left our home just as we left it. I have already recommended her to friends and would definitely use her again.

Rebecca was wonderful with my two pups! She communicated well, was so loving with my babes and sent photos and updates regularly. I came home to happy puppies who I could tell were loved well while I was away!
