Dog Boarding in Thousand Palms

Jackson is a thoughtful and caring pet sitter. He checks in with me with photos of our dog and how he’s doing. He has an enclosed backyard; great play space to get energy out. Our dog even received a bath before we picked him up! Jackson went above & beyond when my dog’s collars were misplaced(then found) and delivered them to me. My dog will be back to see Jackson again!

Thank you! They were professional, intuitive, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving my pet with them. My dog is my life and my baby, so I always feel nervous dropping her off anywhere — but they did such a great job of keeping me updated, sending photos, and making sure she was happy and cared for. They were also incredibly adaptable to her needs while I was on vacation, which gave me real peace of mind. I’m so grateful for their service and their genuine love for animals. Even though they don’t have dogs of their own, it’s clear they truly enjoy caring for them — and they’re really good at it. I definitely recommend them!

We are extremely cautious when choosing a Rover to watch our 16 year old Mollie. We hit the Jackpot with Matthew! His attention to the needs and quirks of dogs is amazing - Mollie felt right at home from the first minute with him. She also enjoyed mingling with the other couple of dogs he was babysitting and with Gizmo, his and Steve's own little pup. What a friendly and nurturing environment. There is no double that we will be leaving Mollie with him again

Lynn is incredible. My dog instantly loved her. Great energy, good updates. We forgot Porters harness and went over this am. Porter was jumping happy to see her. So grateful to come across Lynn.

Asteroid loved Angelica! We were in town from Pasadena and of course I had to bring him however I did not think about the heat and how uncomfortable he would be out and about, so to enjoy my trip I downloaded Rover and found Angelica! Asteroid truly loved her home and her! She even came the next day to pick him up from the Ritz from me and he hopped right into her car haha. She updated me with photos throughout the day and he looked like he was in his own home! very comfortable. 10/10 will be booking with Angelica every time we come out to Ritz in Rancho Mirage.

Lacy’s stay went super well! Michael and his wife took great care of her and genuinely cared about her well being, while I was traveling for work. I’m very grateful for having such a safe and pleasant environment for Lacy’s stay. Definitely will rebook in the future.

Ela is fantastic with our little guy, she sent pictures and videos of him playing and relaxing. He throughly enjoys his walks and his time with Ela. We are so happy he is relaxed and has fun playing with Ela when we are gone. Thank you so much Ela!! We highly recommend Ela!!

Brandon and Billy were great at watching Molly. They provided us with texts and photos and even bought Molly a couple of new toys! Their house is super dog friendly; Molly nestled right into her doggy bed they provided. We had complete peace of mind, knowing molly was staying with them.

Our sheepadoodle had the best time with Louise (and Lacie!). He was a little disappointed to be picked up. Louise was attentive and communicative throughout and we hope to go back to the Palm Desert area soon so Lou can visit again!

Maggie was wonderful taking care of my dog, Charlie. From the pictures she sent, I could see that Charlie felt very comfortable in her home and that he was provided with a lot of attention and affection. I hope to use her services again when I visit Palm Desert.

Joan was great at communicating while looking after Molly. She sent photos and updates so we were never worried about her care. I could relax while away. Our dog Molly requires a lot of specific medication on a regular schedule — Joan was undaunted by this detail and she really cared about the needs of our pet. She clearly cares about animals and it shows in her care. Molly came home and was very calm and looked well. We are grateful.

Nuvea was amazing! I had never left my cats with anyone before or taken them to anyone’s home to stay for the day, but I’m so happy I found Nuvea. She was so kind, my cats loved her, she has a clean and tidy home, and I’d definitely book with her again. If you are hesitant about having a stranger take care of your pets, book with Nuvea you won’t be disappointed!

Araceli took care of our dog for a week. We got frequent photos, videos and text updates on how our pup was doing. Araceli was very flexible about drop off and pickup times and was very quick to respond to messages. Our dog seemed well taken care of and we would definitely book with Araceli again.

Alan and Joe are wonderful! They cared for our 8 year old, medium golden doodle, Max, like he was their own fur baby. We drove to CA from IL and needed a pet sitter for a few days before checking into our pet-friendly rental home. We were concerned because it had been such a long trip, and Max had to adjust to so many places and experiences, and then we were just going to dump him with strangers. Not a problem with Joe and Alan! Max was immediately comfortable in their home, and they sent regular updates. Additionally, we arrived in CA a day early. Joe and Alan, had availability to take Max a day in advance of our scheduled visit. They are kind, organized and really accommodating! I would book with Joe and Alan again!

Brandon was an incredible dog sitter for our pup, he went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. Cannot recommend him enough! Thank you, Brandon!

Julie and BOB were the VERY Best Caregivers for my beloved Kitty. Our home was destroyed in the Pali Fire and they stepped in as Family for our stressed out Fur Baby. They have a loving home and gave him the TLC that he needed! I am so grateful to them! Deena and John Pacific Palisades

Mike took great care of our French bulldog Fifi over the thanksgiving holiday. We received frequent updates and Fifi had constant attention and safe playtime with the other couple dogs there. Would definitely use Mike again!
