Sam is absolutely amazing. I was definitely a nervous first time cat parent leaving her babies behind and Sam made sure that every question I had and ridiculous nervous worried was answered and tended to! She is also so communicative, puntcual and thorough - it's amazing! Her knowledge of cats and their needs is immense. One of my cats is very skittish and scared and will never come out whenever anyone is here - but low and behold Sam won her over and made friends with her! I was amazed. I can't believe I now feel safe to travel as long as I have Sam taking care of my two fur babies! Thank you Sam, Link and Zelda send their love!
