Chieko is so caring and compassionate she went above and beyond to help our senior cat this holiday when she noticed the kitty was not eating much; she hand fed her and made sure our kitty was warm and happy. She basically saved our cat’s life and helped us problem solve along the way. We love her so much!

We had Ginny as a drop-in sitter for 10 days over 3 week stretched period. She was always on time, did exactly what we asked for with TCL for our two small senior dogs one of which is diabetic. Ginny is a super communicator and very accommodating. While we had a rather unique situation, she was willingly helped us through. Thank you, Ginny, for being flexible and caring.
