Nelson & Nancy gave a great first time experience. The sitters were very knowledgeable and attentive to my pups’ needs. There was positive communication and updates. On top of being greeted kindly, Nelson & Nancy’s Doggy Day care provided wonderful training tips that left me feeling reassured. I look forward to bringing Hazel back for more fun. Thank you!

Our dog Winston is an older rescue whom has never been in doggie daycare over the last 3 years. Rebecca and Tom were warm, friendly and knowledgeable and always providing updates. robin was absolutely amazing! my original dog sitter plans fell through at the very last minute and i had to scramble to find another option. i contacted robin and she got back to me right away and was so nice and so flexible with my schedule. she was so helpful and so friendly and my dog had a blast!

Baining was super nice to my pup and she was fully committed to making his stay a good one. She was responsible and responsive. I am so glad that she is able to dog sit my pup. We will be booking again!

Sarah was so flexible with drop off and pick up times and that helped make our trip more relaxed, for sure. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to; not too far from DLR or our hotel. The house was clean and had a nice fenced backyard. Communication and updates were good. Sarah was really good with a summary of how the day went at pick up. If I had one word of constructive feedback, it would be to send more pics/updates throughout the day. I’m one of those dog moms that can’t ever get too many pictures! I just like to know my pup is having a good time too! 😜 Overall, excellent experience and I would definitely come back to Sarah in the future.

We can’t thank Nancy and Rick enough for helping us out when we needed them for 3 days of unexpected care for Kona. They graciously offer to care for Kona by altering their schedule. They gave him the care and walks he needed. We are so blessed to have them as Kona’s adoptive family.

Estrella was amazing! She was really caring with my puppy and he was very comfortable with her from the minute he saw her. She fed him and updated me with how he was going when I asked without any problems. Would 100% recommend her for any dog sitting duties

Exceeded all of our expectations!! Shannon was an absolutely wonderful find for our little 6 month old puppy, Luna! She was super responsive, very kind and professional and we immediately felt comfortable with her. It was especially reassuring having Shannon and finding her so quickly and easily- literally last minute while driving to Disneyland. This service is something we didn’t know we needed and we are so grateful we found- with such a perfect match for a pup sitter! As a result of Shannon’s care and service we were able to enjoy worry free. She sent pics throughout the day and was so personable. Super flexible and understanding with time and made this process feel effortless. I can’t thank you enough, Shannon! When we come back to DL, we will see you again for sure!!

Chelsea is great! She is very good at responding and good at sending me updates throughout the day! Cookie and her sweet dog play very well together. Chelsea also took cookie on a nice walk along the beach and made sure to always ask me beforehand if it was something I was comfortable with which I really do appreciate. We will be using chelsea for sure for future dog sitting needs!

My parents live too far away. I am looking for a completely safe home environment & a second grandparents for my dogs. My dog has been through a lot and is trying very hard to be a good dog. Reena put love into this little guy's heart, and Rudy is happy again when I am not around him.

It was my dogs first time being taken care of and from what i saw, she loved it. Ashley is such a kind person and i was very happy with how it all went. I will definitely rebook!!!

Carolyn is amazing with my Kairo a Belgian Malinois. She makes him feel welcomed into her home and provides the much-needed activity all the while keeping me updated with frequent pictures. I'm so glad I was able to connect with Carolyn. Definitely recommend her!
