Nao was the best cat sitter for Mimi…very kind and thoughtful about animal care and respectful of the owner’s property. She sent me daily updates on my cat’s overall status: eating, litter box usage and cleaning, play activities. Mimi looked happy, healthy, and well cared for when I came back. Nao even helped water my plants and lemon tree which was very appreciated during a harsh heat wave. Next time I need an excellent cat sitter I will definitely call Nao :) I think my fur baby will definitely approve and insist that I do :D

We are so grateful for the care she gave our two dogs—a very nervous poodle and our gentle giant. We did a meet-and-greet beforehand, which already made us feel comfortable, but what truly stood out was her patience and kindness during the visits. Our dogs were clearly anxious being without mom and dad, yet she took her time, moved at their pace, and genuinely went above and beyond to help them feel safe and cared for. Her communication was excellent and brought us so much peace of mind while we were away. It meant everything knowing our pups were in such thoughtful, loving hands. We would absolutely love to work with her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone with sensitive dogs.

I was very nervous to leave my dogs. They have some unique needs. Ana was fantastic. Her updates were thorough with lots of pictures. She followed instructions to the letter and it was obvious my boys were being very well taken care of. We will definitely use Ana again - she’s the best!
