Aytaj was very responsive and provided updates while caring for our cat. I felt that it was really easy to get in touch with her, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was also great that she was able to meet up quickly before we booked her, making the process smooth and fast. Tania did a wonderful job caring for my two cats, including one who is very timid and shy. She was patient, gentle, and respectful of her boundaries, which really helped her feel safe. Both cats were well cared for and happy when I returned. I truly appreciated the thoughtful updates and the genuine care she showed. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving cat carer, especially those with more sensitive personalities. Tania also took on the task of watching our bearded dragons and snake and caring for our fish. Everything was well cared for and maintained exactly as instructed, and it’s clear she is knowledgeable, attentive, and comfortable working with a variety of animals.

Erica took great care of our diabetic cat. She came on a precise schedule, communicated well and was able to successfully administer her insulin twice a day. We’ll definitely work with Erica again in the future.
