Ally and her parents were just absolutely amazing. We needed someone to watch our cat and dog very last minute and they happily helped us! They sent lots of silly pictures and our babies looked very happy while we were gone. We very much appreciated their help.

This is the second time I’ve trusted Graham to care for my fur babies, and I truly can’t imagine a better sitter. I don’t have human children, but my animals are my family—my whole heart—so it’s incredibly important to me that the person caring for them is someone they trust and feel safe with. That person is Graham. This review, in particular, is about something every pet parent dreads: a pet emergency while you’re away. I rarely travel and almost never leave my dogs, but for Valentine’s Day I planned a short trip—less than 72 hours—just to get away. Unfortunately, during that weekend, my Doberman, Bunnie, needed emergency veterinary care. I was completely panicked and heartbroken being so far from her. Graham went above and beyond in every possible way. He rearranged his schedule to ensure Bunnie could be dropped off and picked up from the vet, kept me constantly informed, and cared for her with so much attentiveness and compassion that it genuinely eased my anxiety during an incredibly stressful situation. After her surgery, he stayed with her, monitored her closely, and made sure she was safe and comfortable—all while still providing excellent care to my other dog, Meatball. Knowing that Graham was there for Bunnie in such a critical moment meant everything to me. His calm presence, flexibility, and genuine care allowed me to make it home as quickly and safely as possible. I will forever be grateful to him for treating my dogs like his own when they needed him most. If you are looking for someone you can truly trust—especially when the unexpected happens—Graham is that person. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Genna was great! She stopped by the day before to do a meet and greet with my dogs to make sure they were comfortable around her. She made sure to send pictures during each drop-in visit, administered medication, and even washed the pups’ food containers! I also came home to the sweetest thank you card from Genna. I would absolutely trust her with my dogs again! Thank you, Genna!

Tayler is always thorough when taking care of my dog. She communicates how the visit went, and what was done to care for my pup. All-in-all this eases my stress when I have to be away him for long hours. I always come home to a happy pup!
