Nancy helped us out with a check-in and potty break for our dog Meija. She should up and time and followed up with communication. The check-in was later in the evening and we appreciate working around our schedule.

Lois was very responsive and responsible! She was prompt and thorough with my doggie to do list. I highly recommend her and will definitely schedule another booking.
