Dog Boarding in West Puente Valley

Madalyn was great. It was my first time using rover and was nervous because my dog can be a little high maintenance. So I obviously picked Madalyn because she had so many reviews and repeated customers. She was very nice and was even open to have a meet and greet a week before to just help my dog familiarize himself with her and her home. Madalyn is incredibly sweet and my dog who has so much anxiety immediately started being playful in his home. She kept me updated daily and was very flexible and accommodating. I plan to use her again in the future. Thank you again Madalyn for taking care of my dog and making him feel safe and loved. I know he has a lot of anxiety and thank you calming him when he was crying!

Georgina was amazing! She did a great job taking care of the boys and has been very communicative and extremely flexible with me on my drop off and pick up time for the boys. Sky was so happy he didn’t want to leave.

Super grateful for Elvierys and Yuraima for taking care of our two dogs super last minute. She responded quickly to our request and throughout their stay at their house she sent pictures and texts. She updated us on when they ate and how they were doing. It made us feel at ease knowing our dogs were in great hands. We were also late for pickup, but she was incredibly accommodating and we were able to pick up a little later than our set time. I would definitely rebook with Elvierys and Yuraima! Absolutely amazing and so happy to have left my dog Nori with her! She is so sweet and updates me frequently on how he’s doing along with videos. In all the videos, my dog seems so happy to be running around in her backyard/indoors. Not only that, but she is soooo patient with my dog. She deserves 5+ stars! Will definitely book with her again ?

Jessica is fantastic with my dog. He loves when I pull up in front of her house, as it’s a fantastic play day for him. I use her quite frequently. So glad to of found her and her family.

Great stay, Rey was quick to respond and offered to give updates and photos...showed me around the house and where my dog would be staying, good communication. The accommodations were perfect especially with this hot weather, will definitely book again when needed. Wiling to accommodate pick up and drop off.

Amazing host! We booked her very last minute for a weekend vacation and she really accommodated all of our needs. Responsive, hospitable, and kept us updated on the status of our dogs while we were away. Both dogs seem very happy when we picked them up, think they had a vacation too. Highly recommended host!

Cathy and Andres are amazing. We only work with them when we are leaving town and need some one to care for our 4 legged daughter. They are communicative, attentive, and caring, and our dog is a happy girl in their home. Can’t recommend them enough!

We’re glad Star is back. We’ e been boarding our fur baby with Star for a few years now. She’s very accomodating and her parents are dog lovers as well. Choco always comes home from Star like the day we left him. Not tired and lethargic when we leave him with other sitters.

We had an amazing experience with our dog sitter, Oi, during our recent trip to San Diego. From the moment we dropped off Kupo and Teddy, we knew they were in great hands. Oi was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. When we picked them up, both dogs were not only happy and relaxed, but they also looked and smelled fantastic—Oi had given them a bath, which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise! It’s clear she truly cares for the pets she looks after. We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Joyce was the best! Very communicative and sends us update very often. She also takes our dog on a lot of walks and takes really good care of him as well. Definitely can trust her with your fur babies :)

Amy is very good in taking care of my dog Cookie. Best of all, she has experience in pets and she is reliable. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with her. We will definitely come back to her on our next trip.
