I would give Vivian 10 stars. After a tiring vacation we arrived home to a clean bathroom where the litterbox is located! Such a huge relief to return home to find out three cats fed and happy! Our shy cat actually came out to play with Vivian, which says it all! They trust and like her! We do too. We have used Vivian two times now and are completely happy with her!!!!!

Sydney was a GREAT care giver taking care of my 2 Animal Children in my home while I was in the Hospital. I will use her again in the future.

I will definitely use Heather’s services again. My husband and I would typically leave our two dogs at the Petsmart hotel during our out of town trips. During their last few stays at the hotel, our dogs came home sick and we decided to try something different. For our next four-day trip, we decided to try Rover. I found that Heather had great reviews and we decided to hire her for drop-in visits. Heather first stopped by to meet our pups. Our dogs loved Heather and I immediately felt comfortable having her watch them while we were away. While we were away, Heather checked in on our dogs twice a day. During those visits, Heather fed them and played with them. Heather kept us updated on each visit by sending us photos of our pups and letting us know that one of our pups wasn’t eating. Heather hand fed my little guy to entice him to eat. It provides us great piece of mind knowing that our pups were well taken care of in the comfort of their own home. We will definitely utilize Heather’s services again.

Daphne is very communicative and friendly. My furbaby recently had a eye surgery and confined to one area. She needed extra care by dropping in to make sure my fur baby has enough water and to stretch out her legs. Daphne played with her during the 30 min drop in visit and is happy to see her. Seeing picture updates put my mind at ease when I’m at work. I will be using her again for more drop in visits.

We have used Keoe multiple times. She always provides outstanding customer service. Most importantly she has made special efforts to get to know my three kitties personalities, which is priceless.

Sierra took care of our cat, Buster, with drop in visits for 5 days. Sierra did an excellent job. I received reports and pictures after every visit. Buster was a happy kitty!

Kyra did a fantastic job dropping in on my pet. She is very courteous and professional. She was timely, followed directions, and paid attention to detail. On her drop ins, she sent a photo and a description on what she had done. I will definitely hire Kyra again and you should too!
