Jenny is amazing as always. We were running behind on getting home to our sweet pup and I contacted Jenny last minute to ask for help and she was glad to help out. She’s always amazing with our Odi boy!

Our cat was so scared to be left alone that he went into hiding. When Dawn first came to check on him, she had to spend time searching for him to make sure he was okay. She would then sit nearby to talk and reassure him. Eventually she was able to coax him out of hiding and they would spend time interacting with each other. Dawn sent photos and videos of his daily progress (from looking scared under the bed to purring while being petted) which demonstrated her caring attitude and attention to our cat’s needs.
