I really appreciated the extra effort Jillian put in to finding my house, and her concern for injury that brought me to request her services. She was pleasant and understanding of the over the top excitement level my dog greeted her with. Despite the jumping she still managed to calmly help me with the app before they were off for the walk. She was back right on time and my dog was more than happy to have been out with Jillian.
