Jillian was a caring and kind cat sitter. I have two special-needs cats, and one of them became sick just two days before our trip. He was on medication when we left, and I was very worried. But Jillian took excellent care of him—she sent me photos and detailed updates, which I truly appreciated.

This is the second time we’ve used Brian and he didn’t disappoint. Our two elderly dogs were well taken care of. He communicates well when something goes awry. Even offered to get supplies at PetCo. Backyard was kept clean which with two big dogs isn’t an easy task. Will definitely use again.
