Lori lives up to her reputation! This was my first Rover experience, and she made sure it was a good one. She offered to meet my dog prior to our first scheduled walk, she was flexible with time slots (I have a newborn and was unsure of what time would work best), and she generously offered to walk my dog for an additional :30 at no charge. Risa is a natural with dogs and she also spends time training my dog to not pull while on leash. Something we have been working on. She’s reliable and clearly loves our “Pippa.”

Martina was quick to respond, sent pictures, and showed up exactly when she said she would. I will definitely be asking her to walk my dogs again!
