Dog Boarding in Buena Vista

Melissa took wonderful care of our pups! Her communications were prompt and her flexibility on drop off and pick up was especially appreciated! She is responsible and dependable, and welcomed her pups into her home. We look forward to having her care for our pups again!

Lila was great. I was getting married at mount Princeton and I lucked out with her availability just days away from the wedding. We wanted our dog to be our ring bearer and she was flexible enough to allow one of our friends to come pick him up before the wedding and then drop him off after the ceremony.

Rizzo had a great time with Stephanie and her dog, Vernie. She works from home, which is a huge plus since he has separation anxiety and doesn't do well being left in new places. Thanks Stephanie!

We booked with Peggy very last minute upon learning we could not bring our pup for a weekend away. Peggy was super responsive and welcoming to Gemma. She’s very caring and provided a comfortable space for our dog for a couple nights while we were away. Daily updates and photos were provided! I’d definitely have Peggy sit our dog again in the future.

Sarah was so easy to work with and her home and beautiful pup were a great place for my Vizsla to stay. My pup cmae back happy, and tired after a fun couple days of playing. I highly recommend Sarah and hope Potato can stay with her again!

Heather and Josh are amazing! They took such great care of Albert while I was in Salida for a running event. It was such a a relief to find great dog sitters while away from home. Thanks so much both!

I’m so glad we found Heidi and her daughter on short notice. Our dog got an injury just before we left and we had to leave him with someone who was ok to treat him differently than other dogs they had in the past. We had to give her some specific instructions about what our dog could and couldn’t do - with her daily updates and photos to us we knew that he was doing just fine. Charlotte & Doug were very good with being flexible for my schedule and keeping Winnie happy. He even ate a little while he stayed there and that's a great thing. Very accommodating, we picked him up and took him out then brought him back. They clearly love looking after dogs.

Amanda was so great again! This time our two big Great Pyrenees’s stayed for almost a whole week and she sent pictures of them on walks and hikes and I know they were taken care of very well! So thankful we found her and we can travel, knowing our fur babies are loved and in good hands while we are away!

Our dog, Rey, had a great stay with Jillian. Jillian provided excellent updates about how our pup was doing during her stay. Highly recommend!

Natalie was so accommodating for our pup and spoiled her rotten. She sent pics of our girl enjoying her days. She worked with us to drop off to us at the end of the week. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area. Natalie was able to watch our dog after two other bookings were canceled on us…needless to say, if we’re ever back in the area Natalie will be our first choice to watch our pet.

Our chocolate lab had a great time with Sarah and her friendly dog. Our dog was welcomed by Sarah and easily made herself at home. She got to go on a field trip to a gently flowing stream to have water fun on the warm summer day. Sarah sent us pictures of the doggie fun. 🤩
