Adelaide was incredible! She kindly did a meet-and-greet before her scheduled duties so she could meet our kitties and we could show her what we needed. Her communication was excellent and even kept her cool when a hiccup arose and collaborated with us to solve the issue. She also sent adorable photos!

We have never used a Rover before because we’ve been worried about how our animals would respond a stranger in the house. As we came closer to our wedding day, we realized that the best thing for our cats was for them not to be boarded but to stay at home where they can feel safe. Adriana was absolutely amazing. She made everything leading up to our big weekend less stressful. She came over and met our boys, and she was so kind and considerate and sent us updates and pictures. It was such a relief for us to know that our boys not only ended up LOVING her (when normally they hate strangers) but that they were also home safe and sound. Adriana’s updates and pictures were everything to us this weekend. We looked forward to her messages every day. She also went above and beyond - bringing packages inside and even going back over to our house when something came up. I’m so beyond grateful for her!
