Great communication! Willing to work with us while we were moving into our new home and took exceptionally great care of our cats! Will definitely be using Jennifer again!

Lisa has fantastic communication skills. I didn’t wonder whether everything was being handled. She genuinely cares about her “clients” and took initiative. Not once did I miss a recap picture where my babies were getting pets and love. She did a fantastic job of cleaning up after my cats (that’s saying a lot considering their “accidents” and messy disposition. Further, my diabetic cat was treated like she is an expert. No missed injections, and Lisa took the time to understand what was needed for a special needs cat.

Super attentive and kept in touch with me for the whole thing, will definitely be coming to her again whenever I have a trip! Excellent service!

I couldn't be happier with the care my cat, Milo, received while I was away! Beth was great! She arrived right on time for every visit and kept me updated with plenty of photos of Milo looking like he was having the best time. Michael has a calm gentle presence which my cat appreciated. Even if she still hid from him. Because she is a cat. Michael was able to drop in for our cat very short notice (we weren't going to get a sitter but then it turns out she had a UTI and needed some monitoring and food supplements). He communicated well and took great care of our kitty. Will definitely use Michael for our furbabies again!

Heather was wonderful! I appreciated all the photos during each visit. Even our shy kitty was definitely warming up to her at the end, something our guests don't always get to experience. Would definitely recommend!
