Amazing pet boarding experience. Inara can be nervous and anxious when going new places, but Megan and fam were so loving to her and treated her so well. Megan also communicated throughout the trip and sent pictures. Definitely recommend!

Sarah was amazing with my 3 month old puppy! She sent me regular updates of my boy and was very flexible overall ? I definitely recommend her!

We are happy with our experience with Megan. Obi seemed to have a good time playing with the other pups and even though he had a bit of a problem peeing constantly, Megan made sure to let us know and was able to resolve the situation while still making Obi comfortable and welcome. Erica always is very good about checking in and sharing pics and updates of my pup Harley. I know he is very safe and happy with her and her family. Erica was also flexible with my pick up due to flight delays, and her doing so made my travel home much less stressful. She is the best!

Mike and his family are amazing! They took great care of our older dog and made sure she was happy. He sent updates and photos daily and Sugar looked so happy!

Courtney and her family always take excellent care of my old men. They love pulling up to her house and are always exhausted for days after coming home.

Our dogs had a great time with Michael, as always! They were super excited to see him when we got there and nice and tired out when we got back. They have a great time with Michael and he is always great at communication and flexibility.

Samantha was wonderful to work with! She was an excellent communicator and very flexible with scheduling. Throughout our dog’s stay, she sent regular updates with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. When we arrived to pick him up, she had all of his belongings neatly organized and ready to go. We would definitely use her again!

5 stars is not enough! Ashley (and her family) is amazing!!! She is great at communication- I got multiple pictures a day of Barkley playing and resting and loving life! She handles any challenges between dog personalities with the same care she would if it were her dog! I love knowing that my Pup was having the time of his life while we were away!

They were awesome with Carli B! Took amazing care of her, and sent pictures and updates to alleviate any anxiety. You can tell they love animals and are very caring. I actually had ran into a few delays and setbacks out of DIA and they worked with me, and we're extremely understanding. Book w them, you won't regret it ☺️ thanks again guys!!

I needed to travel for an 8-day trip and left our dog with Ryan for the first time. From all of the pictures I received, it appears she had a blast! She also got along well with their dogs. I would definitely bring her back.

Troy and his family took great care of my sweet girls Penguin and Ducky. They were accommodating of my crazy travel schedule, even extending my pups' stay by a week when I needed to remain in North Carolina longer than expected due to health issues a family member was dealing with. This was the longest I'd been apart from my dogs, and when I boarded them at a facility in Carbondale for a five day excursion to L.A. back in October, Ducky had lost more than 10 percent of her body weight when I picked them up. None of the kennel employees expressed any concern and didn't respond to my email asking what had happened. With Troy, this wasn't a concern at all -- He kept me up to date on their eating habits, and Ducky, who's less than a year and a half old, had finally filled out on this trip instead of losing weight like she had at the kennel in Carbondale. The personal attention obviously makes all the difference. Troy sent pictures of my dogs playing in his backyard with his own animals and other pups from the neighborhood, let me know when the dogs were enjoying snow days, and even worked to keep my pups separate from each other when the two of them developed a little bit of a standoffish dynamic towards each other (probably due to separation anxiety since they hadn't previously been away from me for this long), and then let me know when they were back to "their usual inseparable selves." Many kudos to Troy and family! They accommodated our needs very last minute, and took great care of my girls. When the supply of food I'd left with them ran out because I'd extended my trip, Troy made sure to ask what kind of food worked for them before restocking it for me. All of the attention to detail was greatly appreciated, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Troy again!

Terri and Robert came to our rescue last minute after our scheduled dog sitter cancelled. Our 2 senior dogs required special care: meds twice a day, help with stairs, arthritis. They sent pics and a video of our dogs every day with an update on their health. Our old boy even started to play again a little bit with their young dog. Our dogs looked so happy while in their care. They were obviously so well taken care of. We highly recommend Terri and Robert to care for your fur babies!

Our dog loved staying with Carla over a long weekend. She can be a quirky rescue dog and Carla took it all in stride. Would definitely book again. As a plus - she has a great yard so our girl got plenty of exercise!
