This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Sydney! From the very beginning, she made the meet-and-greet process comfortable and reassuring. She was flexible and accommodating when we needed to add an extra visit, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent—Sydney was quick to respond and kept us updated with thoughtful messages throughout. It was such a relief knowing our dog was in caring hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind sitter!

We had the pleasure of having Cassidy come for the first time -VERY last minute - to do several check-ins and walks with our Havanese, Daisy, over the weekend. Meeting her, she was so sweet and kind to Daisy (and me!) and spoke so lovingly about her own dogs, I knew we had made a good choice in contacting her. Everything went really well, even though Daisy was a bit nervous when Cassidy arrived the first morning, it seemed like she warmed up again very quickly, then there was no hesitation for the rest of the weekend. Cassidy was really good at knowing that Daisy simply needed lots of love, pets & treats - and they became buddies quickly! We got timely reports and pictures after each visit, which I loved. And Cassidy was super accomodating and flexible - even offering to do an extra visit if our plane was delayed (which it wasn't.). I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Cassidy - I know we will definitely be using her again!

Alexa was great with our 13 year old cat. She made sure he was fed and had water and clean litter boxes. She spent lots of quality time petting, brushing, and playing with him. She provided twice daily updates on how he was doing and included lots of photos. We were very happy with all of her communications and cannot recommend her enough. Thanks Alexa!
