She was flexible and accommodating when we needed to add an extra visit, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent—Sydney was quick to respond and kept us updated with thoughtful messages throughout. It was such a relief knowing our dog was in caring hands. Rebekah took wonderful care of Om and Shanti while I was away in September. I came home to two very happy, relaxed cats — no stress at all! It was clear they were well cared for and comfortable the whole time. Rebekah followed their routines perfectly and gave them lots of love and attention. Laura was excellent. We only have her a few days notice, and our guy can be an excitable pain, but she was on time, for the meet and greet, was friendly and professional, answered all our questions and generally made us feel comfortable that she would take good care of him. She clearly stated what she had done, what he did while she was here, and even sent us some nice happy pictures of our boy. Tl;dr Great experience, highly recommend.
Alyssa was fantastic! She was very attentive to my fur babies, a perfect communicator, and made me feel very comfortable going out of town knowing my pets would be well cared for. Highly recommend Alyssa!
Amy is incredible! She took the time to make sure my dogs went potty by taking them on a walk around the block rather than just letting them out in the backyard. She was also very communicative and gave very detailed updates with photos. 10/10 would recommend her and I definitely plan on booking her again!
