House Sitting in Glen Haven

Elizabeth was a pleasure to have as a sitter our dogs. She was detail oriented, prompt and kind. We came home to happy dogs and a house that was just as we left it!

Patricia is the best! Can’t recommend her enough. She went above and beyond while I was out of town. She was very communicative and gave me great daily updates with pictures plus she cleaned up some of my plants that needed some extra love. My house was super tidy and clean and my dog was so happy!

AmberLynn was great! I received updates every day, including photos. I highly recommend AmberLynn!

peyton was absolutely amazing!! sent me pictures, gave them toys n went above and beyond what I expected. will be using peyton for all future trips. Best person i could have got for my dogs. they miss her

There are no words to adequately describe the wonderful care that Eric gave our pup, Daisy. He stepped in at the last minute when a friend who usually pet sits for us had a family emergency. Fortunately, Eric was available on very short notice. Eric is a master communicator. We had frequent updates and photos of Daisy. This helped to put us at ease with a new situation. Eric followed my wishes for Daisy to the letter in terms of walks and feeding. I could see from the photos that she was much at ease. We returned to our home in as good condition as we left it, and more importantly, a very mellow pup. Eric came to us by chance but we will definitely select him in the future. Can you say A+ ?

Taylor & Luke responded very quickly to a house-sitting request with a short notice. The sitter I had arranged for our vacation had to cancel pretty last-minute due to a family emergency, and I couldn't have lucked out better than aligning with Taylor & Luke's availability. We had been side-by-side with our old buddy (13yo lab) throughout the COVID pandemic, and I was admittedly nervous about leaving him in someone else's care. He's fairly sensitive and easily disrupted in his senior years, and Taylor & Luke seemed to make him feel safe and comfortable in our absence. We got frequent updates and photos, Bo received love and treats and walks, and they left the house at least as neat as they found it. I would have them house-sit again 10/10.

Coral is so sweet. Her and Lucy got along just great. She was on time and felt comfortable leaving Lucy in her care. We would recommend her.

The animals were all so calm and relaxed when we got home and the house was cleaner than we left it! I got pictures as well. Excellent experience!

Can not say enough good things about Reis. My dog Blueberry had recently been abandoned, so I was worried about leaving her for a business trip and wanted a house - dog sitter that would make her feel safe. Not only did Reis meet us at the dog park on his own time to make sure Blue and his dog Toni were compatible, and also made sure he was early for me leaving for the airport and waited for me to get home so Blue never had a moment of feeling abandoned. Reis took Blue for long walks, gave he some new toys and just couldn't have done a better job of taking care of her. Reis also took great care of the house. If you are looking for a thoughtful and compassionate sitter, I give Reis my highest possible rating of 10 Stars.

YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR HOUSE AND PET SITTER. Seriously, people! AJ has an immediate rapport with animals of various needs and temperaments; and this is strengthened by their extensive experience working at the humane society and on their farm (we have a 170lb St. Bernard and 3 cats, one with special needs). Their experience as a fire fighter and EMT means you can count on AJ to be confident and comfortable administering medications to your animals, and to exercise excellent judgment for whatever may arise. Honestly, I think our home is probably in better hands with them than when we’re here and we’re pretty confident, conscientious, and reliable people in such things. AJ is an excellent communicator, and adjusts to your needs and desires about frequency and extent of updates. They are an incredibly considerate house sitter, having left our home in a better state for our return than when we left. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my children in their care, nor worry if they were the EMT on call if a loved one had an emergency. Also, they’re smart, funny, and an overall delightful human being. I recommend AJ fully and without any reservation!
