Andrew is excellent. At our meet up he explained to us not only his philosophy and care around working with dogs but also how Rover works. He knows how to interact with old dogs, puppies and anxious dogs--all of which we have. He is flexible, compassionate and responsive. We trust him with our pups. We will continue to work with him as long as we can!

Mishel is amazing! She was happy to visit toast on short notice late in the evening. She is reliable and Toast adored her. I highly recommend her.

Laura was awesome and super understanding of our schedule and needs! My dog is a little weird and barks and stuff and she bribed her effectively with cheese.

Nina was so great with our cat on our 2 week vacation. I haven't taken a trip that long in awhile, but Nina communicated often and left great photos each visit. My cat seemed so happy in the photos! As a fellow cat sitter, I trust Nina and can tell she understands cats and their needs. Yuki will miss her!

Heather was amazing with our two kitties. They are naturally skiddish of new people and hide when they come in the house, but Heather brought a camping and trusting vibe enough for them to come out and say hi. Highly recommend!

Melina took such good care of our cats while we were out of town for a few days. We have one cat who is on several medications and Melina managed them seamlessly. This made traveling less stressful for us, knowing the fur babies were in safe and capable hands. We will be using Melina again!!

Madison was a wonderful help while we were away. She is a timely and efficient communicator, she clearly cares for animals, and she was timely. Our pups were well taken care of!

Glory has watched our cats multiple times now, including during an extended trip, and she’s been amazing every time. She’s a great communicator and always sends lots of updates and photos, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. She reliably feeds them their wet food and even handles our Litter Robot without any issues. Our cats are comfortable with her and clearly well cared for. We’re so grateful to have found her and will absolutely continue booking with her!

Vanessa was absolutely wonderful! This was our first experience at using Rover. I was hesitant at first, but our house sitter had to leave unexpectedly and we needed someone to take care of our dog, pretty much on the spur of the moment! Vanessa was prompt and was flexible with the times we wanted her to come over. She walked, fed and watered our dog and even sent pictures! It was comforting to know that our dog was being taken care of! When we need dog sitting in the future, we’ll definitely request Vanessa!
