Lori lives up to her reputation! This was my first Rover experience, and she made sure it was a good one. She offered to meet my dog prior to our first scheduled walk, she was flexible with time slots (I have a newborn and was unsure of what time would work best), and she generously offered to walk my dog for an additional :30 at no charge. Kimberly did a great dog with my puppy I have a golden lab who is 11 months old. Kimberly responded quickly and was able to do a last minute job for four days. I would highly recommend her.
