Communication was excellent throughout — she was reliable, competent, and thoughtful in her care, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. We would absolutely love to have Laurel look after our cats again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other cat parents.

Laurie brings a genuine love of animals--all animals--to Rover. My dog Hazel and my cat Freddie both sidled up for attention and petting when Laurie came to meet us. She is knowledgeable and personable. I left town knowing they would be in very capable hands. Huge relief.

Carrie was the absolute best! She was thorough and communicative and took excellent care of my Noodles (cat). In the past, I hated to leave town because I always worried about leaving Noodles, and Carrie's care really helped me relax and enjoy my trip!

She takes such good care of our two cats. She’s prompt and always sends updates and pictures. We forgot to add one day and she pointed it out and corrected it for us.

Lucia was extraordinary with our 18 year old cat. She sent narratives from each visit and the cutest pictures of her interacting with Kitty and Kitty snuggling with her. When we got home late last night and I held Kitty, I smelled Lucia’s perfume on her, proving she had snuggled with her. Kitty was happy and looked so good. I can’t thank her enough for all she did while we were gone.

She was tasked with caring for our older cat, who requires a little extra attention, and she exceeded all expectations. Deanna visited our cat twice per day as scheduled, ensuring he never felt lonely or missed a meal. Most importantly, she was diligent and reliable in administering his required medicine, which gave us complete peace of mind during our vacation. Beyond the essential care, it was clear that Deanna truly enjoyed spending time with him—she always made sure to have fun with him during her visits.
