Amber is fantastic! She is very kind, communicative, respectful, and of course, responsible. Amber took such great care of our cats while we were away that they were pretty unimpressed by our return! Along with daily care summaries, Amber provided lots of photos while we were away so we could see how the cats were doing. We will definitely ask her to care for our cats again!

Lainey is amazing. She takes great care my pets when I’m gone and I take comfort knowing she is feeding and caring for them, but also checking in to make sure they are happy and healthy and all is well while I’m gone. She gives great updates too! You can tell she is a pro at working with animals🩵

Where to start?! I could not have found a better, reliable, caring and understanding person than Amanda! She was so good to us and to my dog! She was super accommodating and sent us updates every day. My dog was so happy during his time with her and her dogs who are SO sweet! Her house was beautiful and very clean which is a must for me when looking for someone to care for my dogs. Thank you, thank you- will definitely be a repeat customer!

Just WOW. First off, Angela did an incredible job helping me navigate the River website remaining patient as I figured out how to book some visits with her for my cat. After everything was booked, she came to visit to ensure she had all the information she needed to properly take care of my cat. Once the visits started, I got a great amount of detail about how she was doing as well as AMAZING pictures! I could not be happier with this service and the amount of care was out into it!

Erich and his partner watched my 3 cats for one day on short notice while I had work done at my house. They responded very quickly and set up a nice space in their home for them to be separated from their dogs and cats. I would book with them again!
